Leonardo Hotel Vinkeveen Amsterdam

Bed topper was annoying. Location was difficult to get anywhere. Restaurant was closed with no warning, so no access to meals except delivery due to location.

Location, surrounding areas, cleaningness of the room and coffee machine available.

Attention to detail was lacking, there was no soap in the toilet, staff was not kind or welcoming and beds were not comfortable.

The hotel felt very high end with heated bathroom floors and n9c3 furnishings.

The bed was rather uncomfortable.

Out of things on the breakfast buffet for quite a few days hot chocolate in the coffee machine and some of the spreads for the bread

Very well-equipped big room. Example: We were looking for a water heater for tea; turns out that option was built into the coffee machine, a very clever choice of equipment. Great breakfast, nice view of the lake behind the hotel.

Very close to the bus station

The bike rental price is not reasonable. 16 euros for one day but it is not for 24 hours usage, have to return back on current day no matter what time you start rental. Or choose 8 euros for only 3 hours. Carpet is not cleaned.

Couldn't open the window at all.Lack of seating during breakfast, resulting in another couple taking our table, while we were up getting food. What made it worse is there is plenty of seating in the restaurant area, but this wasnt an option.One member of staff seemed a bit lost and unable to cope during breakfast.

Gr8 stuff n gr8 hotel, was there with ma family. We asked for a wheelchair accessible room and we GOT EXACTLY THAT ❤️ ?.

Very peaceful and scenic location next to the Vinkenveen lake. Equidistant to Amsterdam or Utrecht. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Check in experience, room, restaurant, parking was all excellent. We had originally booked through booking.com at a different location. Representative called and easily got us relocated to this location. Parking and a free drink was provided for the inconvenience which was also appreciated.

Although facilities were excellent, the shower floor slope was incorrectly made during construction causing quite a bit of water to overflow out of shower onto bathroom floor. Easily soaked up by floor towel provided but never the less something the corporation should bring up with building construction or renovation company to avoid premature damage to property.

Always a warm welcome when return. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast delicious. In previous years someone would come to your table to take any drink orders and have a chat but now the coffee machine is self service you don’t see anyone anymore which is a shame. Only negative I think is having to pay for parking when staying in the hotel. When you arrive late in a weekend and the parking lot is really busy and you end up parking all the way in the back whilst people who just go for dinner park for free is a little frustrating.

Area has nothing at all. No shop, very few restaurants. Right by a highway.

I liked the location as I was visiting friends in Utrecht, Abcoude and Amsterdam. The hotel was clean and efficient.

That was small, with out good restaurants and cafe and bar, they were close , and far from centrum

The hotel is easy to find and a quick trip to Schiphol airport. It was clean and comfortable. The staff at check in and out were pleasant.

We were offered breakfast at a very high cost over Eur 20. We decided that it was not worth it We also could not find anything to do in the evening. No restaurants except the one in the hotel which was limited in choices. we made do with food from a Jumbo grocery store in a little town close by. I also don’t know why there is a charge for parking. They have a large lot and it seems like car is the only option to arrive.

Breakfast, and the breakfast employees were excellent. Sad to say the orange juice and mango juice were very very poor. Other than that 10/10.

The employees at reception smiled when we arrived and smiled when we left, in-between most of them looked very miserable. None said good morning until we said good morning to them, but they were all helpful.
