The staff is very helpful and nice! It was very clean and well equipped.

When we checked in, the heating was turned off and the first night the apartment did not warm up. We left the radiators on at maximum to warm up. They had probably come in during the day and the radiators were turned down when we got back from a walk. There are only two extra blankets, and there were 7 of us. Both mornings after 07:00. renovation work began near the building. Perhaps it would be appropriate to carry out them a little later.

Amazing location. Very peaceful and right on the water.

The room was cold upon arrival. Heating available. The bathroom floor was freezing. It was January. The walls were paper thin and there was a (locked) room door separating our room from the next room. We could hear everything.

No near public transportation, private car is recommended, although Uber and Bolt are available.Highly dependent on weather status for the activities.

Very nice place to visit the castle in Utrecht and rent a SUP to explore the nearby nature. You might think it’s in the middle of nowhere, but then you realize that, in terms of nature, you have everything you need right there.

Friendly staff nice accommodation

Nowhere to go for walks aside from up and down a busy road. I had assumed we would be able to walk around (or even see) the lakes. It's quite remote so bikes or a car are needed to get to the nearest shop.

Wonderful hosts, very helpful. Excellent location for driving and easy parking. Very clean very comfortable. The gentle lapping of the waves made sleeping easy.

Location is amazing. Quiet, clean air, easy to find, shops close by.

It wasn't very cheap but the 2 single beds were part of a broken sofa bed. Not the most comfortable. Also, first stay to ever ask us to take the trash out to the bins. I understand we needed to sort it it but to also take it out? That was a first

Unusual studio right on the lake giving nice views on the water from the terrace. Convenient location to get to the airport or into Amsterdam or Utrecht. Comfortable beds. Kitchenette was well equipped.

Our unit felt a little tired and old fashioned (it wasnt the one used for the photos).

Fantastic staff, extremely friendly.Apartments are nice, clean. Nice terrace with a great view on the lake.The fridge was most welcome.Easy to reach Ajax football stadium and Ziggo Dome by car (15 minutes).I will definitely come back when in the area.

Given the heat, airco would be a nice plus.

Wonderful location especially if you like water sports or just want to swim or look at the lake. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from our arrival until we left.

We loved the location of the house and specifically that it was surrounded by water. We were here for work, with heavy and long day and the spot was really peaceful. The staff was also pretty nice and useful.

We loved everything.

Amazing lake view. The balcony is exceptional. kitchen is quite nice as well. The host was so helpful for our car trouble. Wish to stay there much longer.

Coffee machine has paper filter but not coffee beans. Not so many people travel with coffee beans any more i guess.
