Really clean. Comfy bed.Staff were extremely helpful all through the hotel.Really accommodating at special diets. Nice fresh decor.

Buffet was on the smaller side but still plenty of selection. Pool bar snack selection could be improved.

The staff, food, facilities were great

We liked everything. It is a quiet area. Clean rooms, good food, the lady from the reception was very nice. The beach is 600 meters.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in a one-bedroom apartment as a family of four. I have to say the place was very quiet and spacious. I was initially worried about noise since our room was on the ground floor, right in front of the swimming pool, but the windows provided excellent sound isolation. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all very nice, with plenty of tasty food that changed daily. We requested a lunch box on the day we missed lunch due to a day trip. While the lunch box could have been better, it was adequate for a quick bite. We had a minor issue with the bathroom, but it was resolved promptly the next morning. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Crete.

The staff here are so friendly and it has real family vibes. The resort is small enough to be safe while having a good pool for kids to play all day.A great place to come and chill out

You have to get in early to get sun loungers as people mark their place with towels before the pool opens. This isn’t something we were used to.

It was a very nice hotel, perfect for both kids family and couples without kids. Staff was very helpful and friendly, rooms were nice and clean. Food was very good. All and all, a very good hotel,we will be coming back!!

I would have preferred more variation in the food. But it was ok.

It was pleasant experience, I have nothing to be sceptical about staying in this hotel! Food was delicious, every day was suprising us with new taste we never experienced before. All staff - waiters, bartenders and reception employers was friendly and ready to help us in every moment, we felt very taken care of. Of you’re planning trip to Chania City, theres many options to reach there - bus stop is very close from the hotel you can also use a taxi cab. Every evening are organized parties with Dance and music! You can also relax NEXT to the pool or take part in aqua aerobic classes! Walk to the beach takes like 5 minutes. Highly recommended! Im gonna back there for sure next year!

Nice hotel, not too far from the beach and main street with all the bars and tavernas. Food is tasty, not repetitive and there are always some local dishes you can try.

Would be nice to have some dishes with fresh fish. Also, the rooms are a bit worn out.

Rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and fantastic A/C! Food was yummy and varied, all five of us enjoyed it, particularly the greek salads at the pool bar. Babis and Jorge were great, friendly bar workers. The hotel is a very quick 10min to town/beach. Great sea views too.

The staff are the main reason we enjoyed our stay here. Attentive, helpful and friendly, they were sincerely lovely and they really made our holiday better. The room was very comfortable (with AC??), spacious and clean; housekeeping were thorough. Even though the beach is half a mile away, we could see the sea from our balcony! Reception team were super helpful and the food/bar service teams were wonderful (especially the dinner time staff! ??). The dinner food options were numerous, ranging from traditional greek options to sushi, depending on the night. The main town street is a short walk (20min) or drive (2min) away. There's plenty of shopping options (recommend getting a pair of leather sandals from one of the shops, they're gorgeous comfy and affordable). There's also options for drinking/eating overlooking the seaside. We hired a car to drive to the likes of Kissamos , Farlasana and Rethymno but there's more than enough to fill your days if you stay local. Overall this was worth the money and if we ever circle back to Chania region, we'll be back! Also there's a few cute cats around the property?(and everywhere on this island).

Family of 5, we spent here 7 nights at the end of May.Super friendly staff, tasty varied food, super clean pool(couldnt feel the chlorine), lots of sunbeds. Everything was great , no hassle

The pool area and the restaurant were best. The restaurant workers were very nice always.

The rooms were very very humid all the time. Every time the cleaners came the room floor was left very wet only controbuting to the humidity. The air conditioning didn’t help the situation, only keeping the balcony door open would help, but only for the day, since if you kept it open in the evening all possible bugs would come in. Our baggage would be moist because of the humidity and about everything in the room.

I liked that the food was mostly greek or cretan dishes. 10/10 for that, loved it! Helpful and kind staff.

The beds were too hard and uncomfortable. But otherwise the rooms were spacious and good.

Location was good, food was delicious, cleaning service and everything else was pretty good, the staff was pretty helpful.

Huge cockroaches which sometimes appears in our room and make us very scary.
