The hotel feels secluded which we loved! Also at the time we visited it wasn’t as busy as during the peak of the season, this meant we got to know the staff at the hotel and they got to know us too. The hotel is beautiful but what really made it special was the staff. Across the board they were wonderful, friendly, and extremely helpful no matter what we asked.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. I would mention that the there should be in an outlet in the bathroom, and perhaps the showers should be caulked again, there was quite a bit of water leaking outside the shower. Also while we appreciated the additional attention from the cleaning staff to ensure we had everything we needed, entering rooms in the late afternoon after the room had already been cleaned is probably a little too much. Knock if no answer, move on, don’t enter would be my suggestion.

In the bathroom some appliance where not fixed well to the wall.

Nothing . It had nothing to do with Greece . Could have been anywhere . Totally generic . There was also a horrible sewer smell all over . Very expensive for the bad quality .

Never was our bedding changed. Nothing in our room was replenished nor were the coffee mugs washed and replaced. The step into the bathroom was a tripping hazard and I found the ramps leading to the beach very steep. Breakfast was mediocre at best. coffee was weak.way too far to walk to the toilet if on the beach.no restaurant or bar on main level only a beach bar which had refreshments and a very limited choice of food for lunch. tomato cucumber salad or watermelon that’s all and only open in the daytime.

The rooms very lovely and big pool lovely breakfast was ok but the same everyday beach out front was beautiful. Needed a car wash too far from the city centre and very isolated from everything would definitely stay closer to town next time.

The district from town and they only had a cafe until 7 and there was only one restaurant close bye there was no atmosphere

Bar was closed in evenings where pictures on booking suggest otherwise. Reception called us the day before we left to advice us that we needed to check out next day before 11. Executive staff friendly but reception staff very stiff. Rules everywhere about what you are not allowed to do. Breakfast basic and lacks creativity for a 4 star hotel. Looks on booking were wellness like but reality very different accommodation lacks a good atmosphere. Location wise good very close to beach. One restaurant close that is ok but not fantastic.

Not worth a 4-star rating. The bedding was not comfortable and the bathroom was not at all like the photos.Breakfast doesn't offer much…. The hotel is ageing and should be renovated

View of the ocean from balcony. Large, spacious balcony. Views of the ocean from common areas. Very short and convenient walk to the beach. Beach bar stocked water and dinner if needed. Easily accessible. Popular beaches very close by.

It was a little older and therefore showed signs of aging compared to a more modern and fresh hotel though the cleaning staff attended to rooms daily so it was not too noticeable.

Needs to offer patrons more in the way of easier transport as it is a bit remote. Also a functional cafe/restaurant would be good due to its isolation

Far away from Adamantas but with a beautiful beach on the door step. Good facilities. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. The swimming pools were nice and clean.

We had a car so didn’t worry about the distance. We felt the place was quite soulless.

Rural location. We had a local grass fire. See one photo. Extremely scary. Had to personally decide to stay or leave, we decided to leave until we knew further. No commiseration by owners to refund one night of our stay as we left: Emergency services alert was sent by Greek authorities to our phones within 30 minutes of check in.No communication from owners.Police and emergency services were more helpful. Would love to provide more detail however limited space on text box.Very rude when we raised the suggestion of not paying for the first night as we left and found safe accommodation in the town. Entire island was going on as normal except the rural location of this hotel vicinity. Unlucky for us we chose a rural location.Hard to get to places without a carBus network extremely limited

Only one restaurant close by that was a bit average, otherwise you had to leave to get absolutely anything. Not even snacks or water available at the hotel. A car is an absolute must.

Excellent location and a beautiful beach

Where do I start. On arrival at the hotel which was 11pm, upon entering the room and heading our way to the bathroom, after removing the toilet ribbon we were greeted with a dirty toilet with dried up urine on the toilet and faeces stuck under the toilet seat. My husband took photos and went straight to reception to complain. The reception staff advised him that there is nothing they can do about it now and we would have to wait until the morning when the cleaning staff arrived.This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable especially when they pride themselves with Covid 19 protocols and hygiene.Breakfast was bland.The sunbeds at the beach were €20 if you were a guest of the hotel. Again this is the hotel charging this fee so it should’ve been free for guests.

Staff were unwelcoming . Provided no information unless asked . Breakfast was cold . No heat. Didn’t like paying for chairs . Should have been included . Menu not great . Only one restaurant nearby .

This hotel is lovely but a bit isolated so you definitely need a car or scooter to get around. The hotel will organise a rental car to be brought to you though which is handy. The buses that service the area of Provatas only leave 3 times a day so not at all easy to get out and about. Room was comfortable with a big deck. Breakfast was exceptional and there was plenty of it.
