The location, the historic buildings, the clean room and friendly staff and easy parking at the property

We arrived at nighttime and the place at first felt a bit spooky ?. Nobody there in that grand old place. I am happy I had my partner with me. The room itself felt light and modern. The railway could be heard but because of that we transferred to a room with windows facing the courtyard and that was fine.

New contemporary designed rooms in beautiful historic building . Free parking (3-4) cars in front of the building. Lovely village and chateau nearby. Only 10 min to Würzburg. You don‘t get to meet anybody (no physical reception but online check in works great. Nespresso machine and coffee in rooms.

Our room had a bit of train noise as a rail track runs not far from the building but we did not mind at all.

This is our second year in a row that we return to this lovely place. It’s very clean, the bed is super comfortable and we love all the free coffee they leave ( we are big coffee drinkers). Easy check in and check out and although the price has gone up a fair bit since last year, it’s still affordable for Germany and you get good quality. There is free parking and the town is lovely and has a beautiful mansion with gardens and lakes. The hotel is pet friendly!

The noise from the trains will bother people but we knew what to expect and slept without a problem.

The wine selection guests could purchase in the hallway fridge.Comfortable bed. Very clean rooms.

The total absence of staff at the premises and the lack of a communal room for guests to meet up made the place feel cold and uninviting. It felt more like a dormitory or an AirBnB than a hotel.We found it a bit inconvenient in the morning to have go to a busy bakery with only one breakfast option for Wiener Botschaft guests.The stairs in the room are difficult for a senior citizen to use. The lighting in the room was inadequate - it was much too dark, particularly for walking up and down stairs.Bathroom lighting also too dark.Parking was tight - not enough space for all the cars, especially large ones like pickups and caravans.

I send message to host, that we will arrive 01:00 at night. There was no any answer. After we arive there was no anyone at staff in hotel. Hotel contact phone does not work at night time. As we arrive so late, we sleep in our car. On next day we reccive first message from hotel stuff. Thay said, that it is contactless hotel. All information was sent in german language and this email was in junk email. If booking.com is in english and i also send message in english it would be nice to send information also in english.

Lovely well appointed room in a charming building. The breakfasts supplied at the local bakery were excellent. The town is quiet but charming.

We did struggle a bit with the door codes (the number supplied didn't work) and had to contact the night help line. However they were very helpful and it got sorted.

Clean, proximity to everywhere we needed to go, housekeeping lady was extremely helpful

No phone in the room, no reception desk, codes were changed and didn’t work. Couldn’t lock the door. Received an email about that. Confusing. Stressful. Quite unfortunate because everything else was great!

Modern, clean, large room. With all you could need for a comfortable stay.

We stayed in room 15. A duplex suite - there is no sound proofing with other rooms and were disturbed by guests with young children whilst upstairs.

Complete lack of support staff, no one located on site and communication is difficult since they only answer during certain hours.

Great location with parking. Check-in process was very smooth and the room was quite spacious and comfortable. The shower was truly phenomenal. We loved the selection of teas and the artisanal chocolates, and also the fact that they provide cutlery if needed.

Bed sheets (the fitted one) were a bit rough to the touch. We could also hear the train throughout the night, so definitely bring earplugs if you like extreme quiet.

Great old building and design of hotel is atmosphere. At the same time the room is modern and comfortable. Check in was easy and fast. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, at the nearby bakery.

For our short stay everything was good. Hotel was pretty empty, so we had no issue with parking or noise, as it was said in some feedbacks. Trains didn’t bother us at all. Maybe good to add a sign near the entrance, as it wasn’t obvious where to go in the dark.

Nice location walking distance from the parcs and the river, really quiet environment and self check in really convenient. Decent size room and good size bathroom.

The trains passing by also at night time and the couch bed need a little upgrade

Very easy check in with parking on site. The views were fantastic and the hotel itself is very beautiful.

Only small thing is that there was no fridge
