I have never been in a dirtier hotel and room in my life. This hotel needs to be torn down to remodel it. The wall to the bathroom of room 119 had a large cut out with just a piece of wallboard in place, the bathroom was filthy, the room smelled of mold.

The best thing about this hotel, was the location. We were able to walk through Helen without getting in our car and driving. The only time we needed the car was when we drove to the zoo.

The hotel is very clean. The location was great for what I needed. We were traveling up from the south early in the week and returning back on the weekend. We stayed here on the way up and on the way back.

Not enough room for all the did not like: 1 waffle iron to feed over 12 construction workers in the breakfast area each morning. Cigarettes all over the outdoor area, the FOX channels had no sound. They agreed to check it out- they never did.
