Staff were friendly and professional.
Mini fridge, microwave, iron & ironing board. Also had a desk area and wifi. Comfortable firm bed
Very clean, spotless room.

Cons -

Was not clean.
Very happy initially with room but then saw a german roach crawl on my suitcase! EEK!! Complementary breakfast was coffee and choice of fruit loops or frosted flakes.
