- Friendly staff, quiet, peaceful location. Room mostly clean.

- Tucked away but close to Helen, Ga. Staff were EXTRAORDINARY!!!
Cons -
- When we arrived, no one was available to let us into our room. We called 10 times throughout the day. Apparently there was an emergency but it appears they have no plans in place in case this happens.
- The bathroom smelled like a stinky washcloth. I am thinking the cleaning rag used to wipe down the tub/shower was a bit mildewy.
- No biscuits and gravy for breakfast .
