Our bathroom wasn't clean, extra pillows on the bed did not have pillow cases and the pillows were sweat stained. Water was off in the middle of the night. No screens on the window. Shower only ran on scalding hot , when we tried to get it colder it had no water pressure.

Million dollar sea view from top of Lefkada, great location 15-30min drive to the best beaches, quiet surrounded by trees, spacious rooms with high ceilings, nice pool with view, and delicious home-cooked breakfast. Very convenient by car in Athani, with great authentic restaurants (low priced) nearby.The owner, Toni, is very welcoming, helpful and friendly. She is very accomodating and helped us out with finding a phone carger for my daughter's old iphone. Highly recommended.

The room was very clean, spacious and had an amazing view from its balcony to the Ionian Sea and the sunset.The location is in a small quiet village of Lefkada, and is in a good spot to visit 3 of the most famous beaches (Egremnoi, Porto Katsiki, Kathisma).The breakfast was in more than enough quantity to make you feel full for a few hours.The hostess and her assistant were very kind and helpful and made you feel very welcome.

It did not affect my stay in any way, but maybe it does for others, so it should also be noted that the hostess and her assistant do not speak Greek.I feel that for the amount of money I booked it(~175€/night) it should either offer more or be less expensive.

The greatest luxury of the place is the stunning view of the sea , sky and stars , the homemade breakfast , and above all the beatiful souls of the hostesses which they manage to put in every detail of the staying.

Beautiful views, a great pool, your own private balcony as well as a spacious area to lounge by the side of the pool… We were well received by our host who was helpful, available and kind throughout our stay.

Some furniture and the aircon unit wasn’t in its best form which did affect our stay, but the host was quick to get help and to offer which ever alternatives she could find. Don’t expect brand new/comfortable chairs & table in the unit, but the bed is big and the bedding clean, the bathroom also spacious with good water pressure in the shower.

The originality of the accomodation. Beautiful point of view. A possibility to swim in a pool at the sunset and in the early morning, too.

The host(s) is/are amazing! She and her friend making your feel like "coming home". I definitely return!

It is beautiful remote. Not in the center of all activities. We LOVED this fact.

Stylish apartment house in a quiet part of the hillside, with an amazing panorama of the sea. After the abundant and tasty breakfast, it was nice to read in the deckchairs by the infinity pool. The directness, kindness and helpfulness of the hosts further enhanced the experience of our stay.

The location and view from the property is absolutely stunning. Toni and her on site manager were very hospitable and ensured we had a great stay. The welcome drinks and snacks we an added bonus. Great Breakfast. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

The property is spectacular and we couldn’t ask for a nicer experience! Toni is an amazing host and made our stay very special! We loved spending time in the infinity pool and on the patio enjoying one of the best vistas that we’ve seen during our visit to Lefkada.

They did not serve lunch, nor dinner. So we had to walk to the village which is 15 minutes down hill and up. There was no bottle of water in the room. When asked to manage a taxi booking they said: ‘help yourself with this tel number’. No shower at pool. Hotel employee was sleeping in the lounge. Loud music at the pool which I could stop.

A wonderful residence decorated in a unique and eclectic way. Its location is both a strength and a weakness: a hidden paradise with a stunning view that is easier to reach with a 4x4 :) Waris, the owner, is the true essence of this place: his caring and attentive manners made the whole stay special!

More diversity in the breakfast buffet and refurbishing some of the items by the pool would make the place perfect!

The serenity boutique is located in one of the best villages on the island, Athani. whoever prefers quietness should go on this part of Lefkada. The structure is close to the most beautiful beaches such as Gialos and Porto Kazichi.The place enjoys a beautiful sunset and the owner, Tony, is extremely friendly and offered us a warm welcome.

The time-frame for breakfast is too short and stars only at 9.00 am. So if you want to go for an early morning excursion you cannot enjoy the breakfast. The room is made only every three days which was a surprise for us.Air conditioning in the room doesn't work properly and is noisy. Reading lights are poor.

The location is beautiful - hidden above Athani on the west coast of Lefkada, near the most stunning beaches. The building itself is very interesting with an Art Deco style and styling which makes it very different from classic ‘hotel chic’. The structure of the room itself was great with an open shower room behind the bed area. The staff/owner was very polite and wanted to be very helpful.

The pool area is in a poor state of repair, with broken furniture and an old bar which was being used as a storage space. The hand rail/bar around the pool area over a drop was also broken. In the room the curtains were not attached, the bedding poor quality and the furniture and pictures on the walls mismatched. it had the feel of a student house rather than boutique hotel at £160.00 a night. The breakfast and bar were poor - packet croissants and ‘Greek’ beer from German supermarket chain. On the last night there was no water - with none in the reception area we were forced to call the hotel a couple of time before someone picked up - I have no idea where who - they did not appear to work at the hotel. They were able to fix the water but there was no explanation or apology.

if your looking for new, pristine and a bit soulless this place isn’t for you, but if you want to stay somewhere a little quirky where the people are amazing, the view and the sunsets are to die for, welcoming, friendly, comfortable, huge rooms, clean, and most definitely boutique then you should give Serenity a go,the place has such a good feel to it, you can’t help but relaxclose to good beaches and restaurants ( you need a car )possibly the best spot to watch the sun set on the island , drink in hand,leaning on the edge of the infinity poolToni and Vares ( sorry about spelling sunshine) really do go the extra mile to make you feel at homekick back,relax, chillcannot say thank you enough for a superb start to our holiday
