The view

The curtain on the shower. The shower place was small, but still ok, however the curtain makes it difficult as it stays sticking to the body, no matter what you do. We had to keep it open.

The hotel had an amazing view of the sea from the balcony. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very polite and helpful.

The location and the view was exceptional. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The only complaint was the cleanliness. Some parts of the room were not done properly, for example the nightstands, furniture etc.

Like a prison block. Very very basic. Long walk to harbour from hotel.

Loved the room, equipment and the terrace with spectacular view of the beach with sunrise /sunset.Pool was fine.

Parking was a little tough as there were too many cars for not enough parking.

poor signage when you come in - Ponti beach is on a hill and there are a lot of stairs to climb.It is confusing about where to park and where the reception is. bed was not very comfortable. The furniture in the room looked like it had been cut in half to fit the space- it was odd

Everything was great. The staff was really helpful, the location is great, and a spacious parking lot is definitely a plus. Obviously, the sea view was spectacular. The internet was good for work.

Location and facilities. The reception staff are excellent, very warm and friendly.

Bar and restaurant staff do not interact with guests, no welcome to the dining area, they just sit around near the bar.

Definitely go for the sea view!! It is stunning and totally undisrupted with amazing views over to the bay. Really great value for money for the view alone, with a good location close to all the activities for the beach (although bear mind is a 25 min walk to the main town! We didn't mind as was a nice walk by the beach)

The hotel was overall a bit run down in look and also functionality (our hotel room door wouldn't close unless we slam it shut and locked it). But very decent for the price! Breakfast could have more options available

Breakfast and interesting location with good view.

We were staying for four nigths, and they have cleand our baddrom only when we came which is totally unacceptable. When we complained, they wanted to take care of it, but it was too late. Breakfast is ok, but the strange thing is that they have coffee machine, but not the espresso machine. It seems like the hotel was renovated a few years ago, but it can be clearly seen that rooms should be renovated again.

I am not sure why this is rated as a 2-star hotel, but believe me when I say that this is at least a 3-star hotel run by staff that can easily compete and even top-down, many 5-star hotels that I visited. We booked the Sea View room, and it's the best one in the hotel. Please use the extra money and book it, you won't regret it. Breakfast was excellent, everything was fresh and of top-notch quality. Every morning they had something different, and there was a big choice of vegetables, salads and olives! which is again really rare in many other high-rank star hotels. We also ate a few times a lunch in the hotel, which is again one of the best in Vasiliki (try the burgers they are amazing). Overall, I salute the staff and how much they try and take care of the guests just keep up the good work and we will definitely see each other again!

The staff are very friendly. Breakfast was fine. The rooms are fine and the pool is a plus. Few mins away from the restaurants and the beach by car. 20-30 mins drive away from beautiful beaches like porto katsiki.

we had a problem with the parking, although upon check in they asked for everyones car plate nos. Other cars who are booked in other accom. nearby tries to park there as well wherein it blocked our car. We weren’t able to leave for about 30 mins or more beacuse they couldn’t find the owner of the car. We end up tugging the car so the alarm will go off, which solved the problem. The location of the hotel is a bit higher up from the beach

The place is AMAZING, smells great, clean, cozy. Rooms are spacious, you can play 3v3 football in ?.Has a small library, super fast intetnet all across the facilities, amazing view from the balcony. Equipped with everything you need even with things you think you wont need. Super calm and quiet at night even though all the rooms on our floor were occupied with familes with small children. We didn't hear a thing. Big parking. The pool area super clean, staff super friendly and always helpful. Then came the breakfast, OMG. Many things to choose from, always fresh and delicious. Definitely coming back for more. I regret not spending my entire vacation here.

Location near the beach and Vasiliki beach excellent. The view was amazing especially from our balcony. The pool was enjoyable. The staff were very polite and attentive. The breakfast buffet was great.

The glass shower wall needs a sticker. Both of us hit it at least once because it was clean and looked clear.The room AC did not keep up with the size of the room. It took all night to cool the room.

I recently visited Ponti Beach in Vasiliki, and it was a fantastic experience. The view was absolutely stunning. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the cleanliness of the area was impressive. It's conveniently located near the center beach and the center of Vasiliki, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it was a great visit.

The view from the hotel was spectacular! It was very near to the beach and we could also walk by food. We had everythink we needed for a pleasant stay. The receptionist ,Giorgia, was very kind and funny.(We will come back next year to pay ?) We loved talking with her. We enjoyed a lot the breakfast.

Room was large with all facilties, view from balcony was amazing, easy free parking, great location and staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Nothing really! If had to mention something them the sun beds around the pool were a little uncomfortable.
