Everything. Start from the check in process, very smooth, staff are very nice. Room was spacious and clean. It's warm (literally means warm, which very important for me as it was winter and I can't stand cold) and full of amenities. The view from our room was excellent. Breakfast was incredible, we could find anything we want and everything tasted good. Location is easy to get around (since we didn't drive, bus was easy to find and very close to the bus stop) and really close to the lift/cable car to the top of the slope as well, so it was perfect for us. Hotel facilities are complete (pool, sauna, massage, billiards, restaurant, pizzeria, ski storage room, etc). Christmas' Eve special dinner was the best! Best menu, all tasted very good and I can see they put so much effort and love into it, good entertainment especially the big Polar Bear! And the best are the staff, from the receptionist, cleaning service, to the restaurant staff : they are all AMAZING! Super friendly, not only because "we are the guest" but they truly are kind hearted. Thank you for your hospitality that made our Christmas time unforgettable <3

There was no window in bedroom but there was a big window in bathroom :) it is ok, but very unusual

Staff were all lovely especially kids club ‘Davida’ was amazing with all the kids of all ages. However wanting to charge us to use the hob in our kitchen we were not happy with as no warning they would do that.

Nice location but not ski in/out. It is possible to ski in but only if you ski very well. The staff is grate and very helpful

New and clean hotel, kind staff

Ski-in, currently not ski-out due to a non-functioning ski lift, but shuttle to the gondola is organized. Rooms are spacious and staff is kind.

We were charged extra due to a messed up reservation by Booking. It is more a fault of Booking.com (second time this year it happened to me that they reduced the number of people in the reservation - watch out!); however, we booked 2 rooms whereby 1 was 200 eur more expensive than the other due to an extra person, and then suddenly there was no extra person in the booking so the hotel made us pay another 150 euros for that person. Overall we were charged 350 eur for 12-year old child instead of 150. Hotel could have been more understanding here, because it was obviously an error, but they decided to overcharge. Also, they request extra charge for use of kitchenette in the room. Wellness facilities are also extra charge, but we knew that. Finally, breakfast is missing some very obvious options, like any type of white cheese, tomatoes, any vegetables - it is all just pastry and some more pastry. Dinner is very expensive for what is offered, but there is also a pizzeria available in the hotel with reasonableprices and decent pizza.

If you book via booking any entrance to the swimming pool costs 18euro for adult (10 for kid )plus other 10 per person one off for pool material . This is ONLY for costumers having booked through web agencies, those booking directly have free access . I am not sure how Booking can accept this, and this information is written nowhere before arriving , you discover via a qr code once there In the family room the kitchen is locked and can’t be used . Staff in the pizzeria not very welcoming at all .Altogether booking through a web agency you’re a second (third? ) tier customer

A big hotel with plenty of services from a spa to own restaurants. Helpful staff, and a spacious room.

Internet was not reachable, parking was a little challenge and apparently staff does not control how full is the paid parking garage.

Staff are very lovely, always ready to support. The hotel is located in a picturesque location with an amazing view to the mountainsides. A great place to relax in the summer!

The indoor parking was a bit pricey, very difficult to park anywhere else. It wasnt very clear when I made the booking that we dont have access to the pool and we had to pay to use it.

Parking. Only 4-5 free parking spaces and a garage that pays 20 euros for a night. That is too much.

Breakfast is a great buffet. The room was very spacious. I have not used the pool, but I have seen it and it very nice.
