    Pros +

    • The accommodations, hotel surroundings, restaurant were very nice, the view was spectacular, and the staff were very helpful and friendly - Hotel Employee, and sort of resident taxi driver, amongst others. :-)
    • It was very clean and the staff was very nice
    • Room was clean and comfortable. big windows, good view.restaurant was very good.Parking was close and convenient.Breakfast is nice.

    Cons -

    • No, it was perfect. But is best to have a car (as they say on their website!) or plan in adv. for a taxi ~70 euros to/from Florence, as it can't be reached by public trans., even though there is a train station 10m away, you have to call driver from city.
    • It seems they nickeled and dimed you for everything. You had to pay $75 per person to use the jacuzzi. There was no food on property from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm and they wouldn’t let you bring outside food in. There was no AC and if you kept windows open, bugs would come in and bite you.
    • It was not so easy to find. could use some more signs.Pathway from car to building is not suitable for trolly rolling.

We received a warm welcome from Ms. Marina and Caterina — both were incredibly kind and professional. The hotel itself is amazing, beautifully integrated with nature. The room was beyond words — truly stunning and comfortable. Breakfast was classic and delicious, with a special appreciation to the restaurant lady who made our mornings fabulous.A small suggestion would be to include salt, olive oil, and a cutting board in the rooms for guests’ convenience. The best feature of the hotel is definitely the pool overlooking nature — breathtaking! However, the experience loses some value when there’s no heating available. It would be wonderful to have this facility added soon.Overall, a truly memorable stay!

Our stay was wonderful. The staff is super friendly and the room was just beautiful and spacious. The view is amazing. We booked the private spa and it is very nice. We also had dinner at the property and it was very good. I hope I will be able to come back again.

Incredibly beautiful Agri Resort in the Hills outside of Florence. Wonderful Spa day, peaceful and excellent staff! Definitely want to return visit!

Everything was excellent! The staff is wonderful and very helpful, always making sure you feel welcome and comfortable. The dinner with the sommelier was a special experience. We learned a lot about pairing food and wine. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the surroundings are absolutely beautiful — even more stunning in person than in the photos. We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool, with drinks and snacks brought to us by the attentive staff, and the view from the pool over the countryside is lovely. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful Tuscan countryside. We would definitely love to come back!

Beautiful views. Landscape around is just amazing. Perfect for taking some time to relax.Comfy bed, great water pressure and hot water. Restaurant next door is top notch for quality of their food which we really enjoyed. Staff very friendly.

Was abit of a musty smell in the room

Beautiful property and the restaurant staff

Service from the receptionists. So unprofessional and unattentive. From check in to check out they failed to impress us. I realised there was money missing from my wallet after we checked out and contacted the hotel many times but they failed to answer and kept declining my calls.

Our room was good, but perhaps not to the really excellent standard of everything else at this excellent hotel. The staff, and hosts, were outstanding. So friendly and helpful. We had an outstanding Dinner in a beautifully converted barn, and the breakfast also matched that standard. Sadly, during our stay it poured with rain, but in better weather to beautiful surroundings would be very special.

The room, particularly the bathroom, didnt quite match the standard of everything else at this wonderful property.

The Staff, The Views, The Spa, The Restaurant and the wine.

Breakfast was fine when we had it. It was a shame that the staff were rude and refused to allow us into the breakfast area at 7.55 because it did not open until 8am on our final day

The extra cost of being able to use the spa area was not made clear in the description of the hotel and was not aware until check in that use of the Spa was an additional €150 for an hour.No bar / lounge area etc available outside of restaurant opening times. It was a shame that the staff were rude and refused to allow us into the breakfast area at 7.55 because it did not open until 8am...and the staff were stood around chatting.Still waiting for the refund...

Excellent scenic location .Surrounded by beautiful landscape . Staff very helpful . Cathrina got us taxi and was very helpful . Old rustic charm of the place .

Connectivity is major problem . No taxi or Uber service available .Have a small suggestion for management if they can provide complementary transport from Vaglia Railways station then it will be helpful for tourist who are visiting from outside country .

Excellent wine selection, some amazing dishes in the restaurant, super friendly and attentive staff. The spa facilities were awesome.

Property could do with a little better maintenance, grass around the common areas and pool was long and weedy, building itself had some cracks and scuffs and marks.

    10ChristinaPosted on: 9-14-2024

A lovely accommodation just above Florence. A highlight is definitely the infinity pool, offering stunning views of the iconic Tuscan hills. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, with a wide variety of options from savory to sweet. Dinner was equally delightful, offering gourmet cuisine in a refined setting. The stuff was really friendly and caring.

The staff were helpful and we really loved the shower and pool service. The restaurant also good.

There too many rules to the guest for which we accept however not most relaxed at stay as need to keep the rules in mind. For example, check out at 10 am, can use pool after check out by 1 pm. Cannot bring outside food and drinks. The room was little small and air conditioning was not quiet. The driving road to the hotel is not easy as a foreigner( high hill one way road without light at night), and also not typical Tuscany drive.

This was the second time we stayed here and we were glad to come back, as it was just as we remembered. The views are amazing, the food is great and staff is very welcoming. It's just a perfect place for a nature escape.
