Safety and cleanliness and food

Close to the train station, tidy and comfortable.

Room temperature was warmer and there’s no option to adjust it.

Poor quality , room not clean we selected the half board option on booking however when we reached they told us they don’t have such a deal and ended paying more money without getting the half board. And informed us it is booking problem not their problem. AC is not working , and they are painting the rooms while guests are in the rooms so them smell of paints was awful.. I don’t believe that this hotel is under the Accor group

The Location was great and the teste of the food

Hotel is good , staff were nice, speak little English Room is very small, no cupboard no drawers and the bathroom is so smallThe breakfast is very good but expensive

Ibis standard is always the same in all over the world.

Temperature in the room was +30!!! Impossible to stay and sleep.... administrator replied that AC system in the "winter mode" and can't do anything but outside was 26 degrees these days.

Air conditioning only in warm despite that it was hot in the room! Furthermore, it was very noisy and badly isolated/ no soundproof!

Great location. Room was clean big enough for both myself and husband. The staff were very helpful.

Not more than an ok stay

Small rooms, dicicult to place a suitecase. A/C not availible due to winter time. Too hot and needed to have window open wwithe the noice from the harbour and highway.

It has good location close to all shops and transportation facilities.

Breakfast was not good enough. Both was missing consumable hygen items such as shampoo, dolap, etc though I was staying with my daughter, a total of two people.

The standard Ibis hotel, is pretty much what would you expect from this chain. Friendly stuff, and good dinner options. Close to the Marmaray train station, although you have to walk along the highway as there is no sidewalk. Across the bridge over the highway are some supermarkets and cafes.

The room was clean.

Air conditioning not working and the equipments on the gym were really low quality.

Standard Ibis quality is good enough for short stay. Check-out time at 14:00 was very comfy for my connection between flights.

Sound isolation in the room was very poor. I heard every single noise source from the street

The staff is very helpful

A bad smell in my room and the aircondition wasn´t working very good.

The location, the staff, the breakfast

We are lucky that we choose this hotel. It was close to our customer site facility and close to all amenities right across the bridge. We also had a chance commuting with the Marmaray Train where the distance to the Train station is just 200m away from Hotel.In term of the Staff, We want to shoutout to the reception staff her name Buse, she is so kind as always managing us during the stay.

I wish in the future the hotel can provide portable iron machine in the room.

Breakfast was acceptable.

Service in the restaurant was very poor. There was a large party on the night of arrival and needed to change room to get some quiet. This was done without a problem. Rooms a lot smaller than anticipated

BBQ buffet one evening.

Aircondition was not really cooling, even when set to 18 degree, and opening a window was no option due to the street outside.

The breakfast is exceptional and the hotel is well connected to the transportation system. The staff are very helpful and the room is very clean.

The air condition system does not function very well. Sometimes warm air came when outside temperature was 27 C+.
