Emsa Palace Hotel

This was our stop-by from the airport to Bodrum. Very comfortable distance from airport. Nice apparment. Extremely friendly stuff. Free breakfast in the nearby restaurant. We were pleased to stay there.

The location is Very quiet and comfortable, and the area is lively and useful for those who have a transit flight at Sabiha Airport. The hotel was comfortable and the rooms were spacious. There were light and clean blankets. Breakfast was at seven-thirty in the morning and you must ask where breakfast is. Safety was very high for a single woman to travel, and the staff was polite and wonderful. There is an employee who speaks English. Under the hotel there is a restaurant that contains all kinds of food, as well as a supermarket, and there is a beach half an hour away. There is also a metro close to the hotel from which you can go to the Sultanahmet area. The Wi-Fi is free and strong throughout the hotel, the rooms are cleaned constantly, .

The heavy blanket needed to be sterilized because I had an allergic reaction afterward, but after I replaced it with a light blanket, it became better.

The breakfast was bad, there was no coffe. After “cleaning” my room, the door was widely open… The bathroom smell really bad. The cleanliness was bad and there were no bed sheets. The staff was not friendly. For this money we would expect more. If we didnt have appointment for the hospital we wouldn’t stay the night.

During my stay, I had the pleasure of encountering some truly wonderful people. From the friendly and helpful staff to the welcoming and hospitable guests, everyone I met was a delight to be around. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of my room, which was not only spotless but also remarkably spacious. With plenty of room to move around and relax, I found myself comfortable like at home in no time.The hotel's location was also a major highlight of my stay. Situated in a central area, it was incredibly convenient and accessible, making it easy to get to and from the airport as well as other popular destinations such as Gebze, Kartal, and Tuzla. Overall, I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With its unbeatable combination of great value and top-notch amenities, it's truly a cut above the rest.

Nice hotel in a convenient location. The staff is kind and welcoming. The rooms are big and clean. The restaurant has wonderful food from Turkish cuisine.

There is a good restaurant below the hotel. The meat is grilled very well and is so delicious. The staff very friendly and knows English. They do not know Russian, however there is one boy who knows Russian. Totally no problem with language. The rooms are always tidied and clean. Towels are replacing all the time. Parking is at the back side of the hotel.

Mosques are close and the speakers are very loud and disturbing you especially in the morning. Breakfast is OK but little. They bring breakfast in portions. WiFi was not working well in my room, it was the last room, and that's probably why. It would be better if they add another modem on that place or increase signal level.

I arrived very early at the hotel (around 7h30 am) and was immediately given my room, this is exception and a true example of customer friendlyness. I was also given a breakfast at arrival at no extra cost

Staff was very friendly and supportive. Rooms were recent.

Although smoking was prohibited in many rooms, smoke was very present. Seemingly the hotel 3ither wasn't able or didn't care to enforce the non-smoking policy in the relevant rooms/areas of the hotels. It was simply not bearable to sleep with all the smoke leaking in even with everything closed.
