    • This was the 3rd year we stayed at this hotel, and we were very impressed by the restaurant manager who works tirelessly and is present from 6 in the morning until 9:30 in the evening. Absolutely, he takes care of everything and is very attentive. The cooking, the variety, and the cleanliness are remarkable – three years and we have never had any unpleasant surprises with the food. The restaurant has a staff of very conscientious and hardworking people who smile, play, and show respect to each other and to us, the clients. The atmosphere felt like visiting an uncle or a close relative. The restaurant and bar offer excellent service, and these 10 points apply not only to the restaurant but also to the two bars, one on the beach and the other by the pool. Finally, a message to the Greek people: We love you. Once we were together, and one day we will be together again – not politically, but in spirit. You have a wonderful country because you are hardworking people. The Arvanites and Albanians of Greece are also hardworking and dignified. We will see each other again next year. God bless you. Respect to the Greek people. ???????✨??
    • The room was spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom could use improvement as there were some stains and occasional unpleasant odors. I also noticed quite a few black ants in the room. The food was decent, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating, which made the stay more enjoyable. The pool was smaller than expected based on the photos, but the sea was beautiful and clean, and the amenities provided were quite good overall.

    Cons -

    • The drinking water is unacceptable – you may not notice it because you are used to the taste, but it feels salty. You urgently need Reverse Osmosis filters for all water, lemonade, and coffee machines. There is also a serious issue with the pool cleanliness. By just adding chlorine/hydrochloric acid to kill bacteria and baking soda to adjust the pH and turn chlorine into salt, you are not solving the problem. There seems to be a serious issue with the pool or the pool filters. I have the impression that there might be a type of bacteria causing skin fungus.Do not save on soap, shampoo, and shower gel. With so many guests, you are taking a huge risk. Provide them generously – saving on these things only risks your reputation.Above all, Palmariva is a place without conflicts, with a very good staff, and of course is natural, people who work can also make mistakes. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone.Even though it was not 100% perfect as it should be, I still give 10 points because I bow with respect to the people working at Palmariva for the service they provide. I know Hotel Brain will reflect on this feedback, and I wish you continued success – you have acted wisely.
    • •The toilet had stains and sometimes smelled awful.•There were a lot of black ants in the room.•The pool was smaller than shown in the pictures.
    • All inclusive is not all inclusive. There is no entertainment even though it is advertised. They are part of a French speaking time share so all was in french. Too loud and in your face.

I liked the fact that the beach was really close to the hotel, the room was amazing, the staff at the poll and beach bar were magnificent (a special thanks to Angela the lady at the pool bar) and i'd like to mention the lifeguard Babis Nikolis which we were there to witness his incredible life guard skills in action that were very impressive. Over all the hotel was very nice and we had a very nice and enjoyfull stay!

We didn't like the fact that all the intertanment was in French and we didn't understand anything which was very awful.

Food was excellent Pool was excellent Facilities perfect

    The main building needs renovation

    1ΕυριπίδηςPosted on: 7-22-2025

very old rooms staff not willing to help very load no insulation 50s hotel with no real renovation efforts

    6KourtidouPosted on: 7-20-2025

We enjoyed our bungalow. It was clean, quite and nice. The lifeguard lady at the pool, excellent and very responsible.

We didn't like the facilities at the pool and the beach. Broken chairs and sunbeds, less than the number of people staying there. Of course we need to say that most of the customers kept chairs and sunbeds reserved with a towel, both at the beach and the pool, not leaving us a single free spot.We had to check out at 11 and at 9.45 someone knocked. On our door and tried to get with the key to clean. If we were at breakfast, they would simply get inside before our check out time.

Asked and got a double/king bed--actually 2 joined singles but with a king "over"mattress. Good for us.Also, sea view, high floor. Clean, good size room, good bathroom. All-inclussive.The night we arrived there was a duo singers and there was a great atmosphere. The next night there was a dance performance by a French group.

It is not that new, nor renovated. It is OK, but you noitice knits here an there. Food was as expected for not expensive all-inclusive. Friday night there was no entertainment and in that case it can be very dull in the hotel. We drove to Eretria.

    5BasheerPosted on: 6-22-2025

The location is good, the staff is friendly and the food is average.

The facilities are in desperate need of maintenance. The food in the all-inclusive buffet is abundant but of average quality. A lot is wasted. If quality is improved, I believe watage would be significantly reduced.

    10SarantosPosted on: 4-25-2025

Very polite a helpful staff. Also very good location and nice food.

    8CharisPosted on: 10-30-2024

Resort’s facilities for activities were great to keep kids and adults entertained(mini golf, football, basketball, tennis, ping pong, playground and kids club). Very good all-inclusive package offering variety and quality in dinning and beverages.

Nothing significant as a downside, only parking space was not enough for the guests’ cars at the resort. During breakfast due to high demand several dishes were finishing instantly and live stations were too busy.

    9AlexandraPosted on: 10-14-2024

Very friendly and accommodating staff, clean beach, big variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, beautiful garden, fun activities. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and were welcomed and allowed to stay at the beach and use all the facilities until our room was ready. We were even upgraded to the all inclusive package and were invited for lunch at the buffet. We had a very comfortable and relaxing weekend and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

The building and facilities are from the 70's, there is some visible wear and tear but parts have been renovated and everything is clean and functional.

The breakfast was beautifully displayed with a variety of traditional and continental foods hot & cold. All the meals were beyond expectations, we loved how fresh everything was. And plenty of healthy choices too.

The Hotel is near Athens so it is an ideal location for a short break.Surprisingly. the food was good compared to other all inclusive hotels, the trays kept coming. I was not a fan of the coffee though. The room was rather large equipped with a small fridge a chair and a table. The staff was polite and friendly, overall my complaints nothing to do with the hotel but some rather noisy guests.

Some of the facilities were quite old and need a bit of maintenance

    8VirginijaPosted on: 10-1-2024

The hotel has a large area right next to the sea. Good food with a wide selection. Helpful staff

Our room was close to the road, so there was a lot of car noise at night. The hotel needs some renovation

    5TanyaPosted on: 9-24-2024

The food was great and also the drinks. The staff was very nice and helpful and the cleaning staff was also very meticulous. We paid for an all inclusive experience, so I think it was value for money.

The location of the hotel was great, but in no way is this a 4 star hotel. The bathroom looked old, the marble of the toilet bowl was yellow, so it looked dirty at first but then we realised that it was just the color that it had through the years. And the mosquito net was torn, so it was impossible to sleep with the window open. Definitely needs a renovation to be considered a 4 star hotel.

Pet Friendly, Staff is exceptional ?, Food was good, beach was stunning. Rooms are OK, but doesn't really matter as it was just for sleep, views were stunning trip from athens was greate!!! Recommended esp all inclusive option

    10AthinaPosted on: 9-15-2024

Very convenient location, a bit over an hour from Athens.Facilities, food and staff were amazing.

Cleanliness could be a bit improved, especially the room toilet and the toilets under the pool.
