Sun Rise Hotel Apartments

The pool area was nice. Breakfast (it was not included in our plan) was good and at a very reasonable price.

The room they had assigned to us was not very good. Really dark and with a small balcony overlooking the street and the parking.We had to pay extra to upgrade for another room which had a very small view of the pool. The bathroom was really really tiny and the shower drain was not working, so the room was always full of water. All the rest really basic.

The apartments at Sun Rise are big. They could be kitted out a little more comfortably but they have basically what you need. The beds could be more comfortable and the kitchens better equipped. But overall you get what you need. The staff are nice and the cleaning is impeccable.

The rooms are a bit Spartan in their furnishings.

The town is not so clean as expected.

We were so surprised at the luxury of our large room. And so inexpensive! Short walk to restaurants and the beach. Extra bonus --- we discovered Dream Island!! You must go. It is a blast to the past. And not on any travel sites.

The room was pre-heated when we arrived. Very nice breakfast, Very polite, friendly and hospitable family running the hotel.

Water pressure was low.

Clean apartment and cool facilities.But the family running the hotel are really exceptional people, very kind and always willing to help!

The pool and surroundings were very nice. Room large and clean. Stuff so welcoming and helpful

bathroom was a bit small

All was ?, maybe a kettle for tea already in the room was the only thing missing for us. I saw we could've requested it, but we arrived late, so we didn't have the chance.

Sea is 2 minutes of walk far away. There was pool in yard which you can use but water was to cold for me so I didn`t swim. Everything was really nice and price is acceptable. Would recommend everyone this housing.

Lovely family run hotel. Pool area spotless. Our room was very spacious. Loved the area lots of places to explore.Beach was clean and plenty of restaurants to choose from.If we return would definitely book this hotel again.

Everything is great, the pool is great, the beach is nearby, there are many places near the sea where you can eat deliciously.

I loved the quietness of the room (just as we requested!) and the size of it which allowed us to display all of our belongings comfortably. I also liked the fact that it had many amenities like iron, towels, slippers, a safe, a table, a TV and two chairs and a decent wardrobe with many hangers. The location was good too and the many plants decorating the outdoor areas made of it a lovely place.

I did not like the fact that most of the plugs in the room were not working. We had to use the TV's plug and another hidden plug to charge our phones and we couldn't have the bedside lamps on at night. We were excited to have the breakfast in but, to our surprise, when we asked about it, it did not have any healthy options, which is rare for a country with so many accessible good quality products (fruits, vegetables, bread, yogurt, cheese...), so we decided to have breakfast outside the hotel. The toilet is very small but it was good enough for our short stay.

-The hotel needs a “facelift”. We did not miss anything but there is a sense of “oldness”. Even the kitchen amenities looked old. And definitely the mattresses!-The air-conditioning system was noisy.-In the pool I witnessed a small girl peeing in the small pool - actually with the encouragement of her mother! I know the lifeguard’s job is primarily to save lives, but maybe some more vigilance should be attached to the pool hygiene.

Amazing place with nice garden and pool. We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was super clean and had everything needed for a family stay. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Nice place. Not touristic place. Many tavernas in walking distance.

Breakfast was not the best one. We order it for first morning. After that had breakfast at the seaside.

The kitchenware is not up to standard. No kettle, no toaster, very basic! The whole room needs and upgrade. The shower curtain was stained with what looked like blood?! Why can they not have folding shower door?

Nice pool; tall and unforgettable palms; clean and comfortable rooms; kind hosts; delicious breakfast; proximity to the beach; cultural events for children at the hotel ...We stayed here more than ten times and we will definitely come back next summer again- all being well :)

Was a family reunion so perfect for what we needed. Staff very friendly. The restaurants near by reasonably priced and good. Had a beach close by that had fun activities for teenagers. Would recommend.

The bathrooms are small and shower is tiny. The pool is smaller in real life than the pictures but very clean and well maintained. Overall was not a big deal. Just not a resort if that’s what looking for. We all had a great time.

We got a very dark apartment, so my comments below is only for our room,there might be better rooms and apartments at the hotel.Our apartment was very dark, with dull light. Only by changing the lights to modern LED ceiling spot lights, it can be improved alot.Bathroom was ok, but with no window.Kitchenette was dated.Unacceptable sound insulation.The old door doesn't stop the sound from outside at all. Our apartment was by the reception area and and it was very difficult to sleep when people were playing music or talking in the reception area and bar.Although the air condition system is good, there was very little cold air flowing to the bedroom. The large kitchenette room got cold quickly, but the bed room got very little of the cold air.For a two nights stay for 251 Euro we expected something much better.
