The rooms were very big, the food was good, the pool amazing

This is not a beachfront property as it shows in here, the beach is far and not like the pics, it's not sand, very huge rocks. Also we didn't like that everything was in French and not English, and the rooms they didn't clean them everyday even if they did they didn't change the sheets

I liked the location, the kindness of the staff

I didn't like my room, the noise of the kids and the fact that everyone reserves sunbeds at the pool and you cannot find one

Swimming pool is nice and breakfast is fair, parking is available which is a plus point and when driving around Eretria you always find nice restaurants

No internet in the room, and when i complain to the front disk she answers simply that she has internet and the problem is my phone :) i have two phones and laptop my wife has two phones and there is no internet we use our data roaming during our one week stayCleaning is poor and always you find insects or lizards in the room as the main door has a big gap Restaurant is good only for breakfast, a la carte items are limited

Everything (Rooms, food, staff, swimming pool...)

The food in general was superb. Lots of variety and great tasting. Good for kids options too. The pool area was great and had something for everyone. Kids area and more adults area, and lots of space not overcrowded. Our spa experience was fantastic too. The kids club was very good. and kids disco every evening was fun.

The room was a little basic, but clean and had all our needs.

Our room and the pool. Also the food buffet had many options and everything we tasted was delicious. We appreciated the fact that there were activities every night for kids and adults.

The private pool of the room was semi-private as we could be seen from our neighboors next door and upstairs, fact that didn’t allow us to relax as we wished. Also the beach is a bit far away.

Very friendly and helpful Staff. My fridge did not work and staff has replaced it, in an hour or so, with a new one. Impressive!

The resort has well passed its glory days. Therefore, i deem that it is irrational, to say at least, to pay 265+Euros per night (only breakfast included) even if it is high season (my rate was initially above 300 Euros/day but this was reduced a bit by me Genius benefits) . Simply this cannot be justified taken into consideration the condition of the hotel and the offered quality of services. Furthermore, i have booked a bungalow with Sea View and unfortunately this was not the case at all (see attached picture). The sea could be seen only from the edge of my, not so private, balcony. This is called at best Partial Sea View. I have informed reception on the matter but no actions have been taken. To be honest it was mid August and the hotel was already full. Last but not least, it was literally impossible to find a sun bed in the beautiful pool of the hotel. All sun beds were reserved with towels by 'eager' tenants before breakfast time (8am all sun beds were reserved). I thought that this barbaric resort habit has seized to exist. I was wrong. First come first serve should be the policy.

Food is not our flavour, and water pressure is not stable. Guest room needs renovation.

1. We are not satisfied from the room cleaning services: they were descent, with no attention to detail.2. The speed of the Wi-Fi was poor.

The kids pool was good. Food amazing and different every day. The majority of the visitors were French and the general ambiance was great. Every night there was something else organised. The landscaping was great all over the hotel. All in all a good experience. Ideal for little kids.

Kid's club was not something special, the respective French one was really good. Private beach is not great. All inclusive drinks and coffee are not of great quality as they come from machine and tap. Some of the staff sounded overwelmed. The cleaning process needs review, team was understaffed, and usually late in the afternoon or not at all(1 day)

Breakfast was good

There was no mirror in the room except for bathroom. Room was very Spartan. I found a water bug in the bathroom. No elevator for elderly people. The beach is unkept and rocky

Apart from the staff in the spa territory we didn’t like anything unfortunately!

The water in the pool was green and dirty! We tried to keep our kids from diving, we were really concerned about the hygiene safety of all the premises! The lobby area had an unpleasant fungus smell and our room was full of dust with the bathroom being really dirty! The air condition was so loud, we could barely sleep at night! A real waste of money and a very, very unpleasant experience!

Location is good, facilities are good

Hotel is oriented to all inclusive package deals and not individuals travellers. This is very dominant in all aspects especially with regard to the quality of the food/beverages and staff attitude.

There wasn't a big selection of food, but it was enough for me. The salads were very tasty. Also the vegetables and fruits were fresh and very tasty. I liked the swimming pool very much. The hotel is very nice, everywhere was clean. We had a room with a pool, which was very comfortable. I recommend an antistress massage in the SPA and chocolate or strawberry masage for children.

Coffee was included in the price only from the machine, which was not good at all. Espresso cost 3 euros at the bar. The gym was very small, the mats had already lived their life after life, they were very ruined. There was no treadmill and there is no place to run around if you don't want to run around the rooms. The hotel store was very poorly stocked in case you forgot something.

The only good thing was that the receptionist handled a crisis really well. And that was the reason we stayed.

Very inconsistent value for money… 129€ after discount (real price 160€!) for an more than average room with a fan (???!!!) and a misput TV… no access to the beach inspite of exceptional pictures (!!!) that show the beach… and above all… average food! Buffet (overrated)…

The property is quiet and well organized. Very beautiful gardens and flowers and excellent pool setting with lots of space for everyone. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was excellent and very very clean! Last but very important the whole area is well guarded and access is through a controlled gate. Not that the area is not safe but i consider this a big plus.

I wanted to use the Spa but because it was the first days of opening the Sauna and Hammam were not operational plus the inside pool was quite too cold. Would have been nice to have this insight in advance as the use of the spa was important for my selection of residence.

It's a very nice hotel, very well thought. The pool is great. The room was comfortable, but a bit dark (ground floor).

Breakfast wasn't exceptional: abundant but not very much choice.

The hotel estate is very big and spacious - lots of greenery, a huge amazing pool with loads of sunloubgersl, plenty of bars and a big eating area. Everything was modern and clean. It is in a quiet and calm area.The rooms are also very good - they are all mini bungalows that are very spacious with a good-sized bathroom, high ceilings and large balconies. The hotel facilities were great. There was good food and plenty of options at the buffet restaurant for breakfeast and dinner, and loads of indoor and outdoor tables, nice bars at the pool and beach. The pool itself includes a 25m length pool over 2m deep for laps as well as plenty of more shallow parts. It had a bar in the middle and loads of space. The beach was also good, albeit not right at the hotel (you need to walk for 5 mins or get a golf buggy). The spa was lovely - good indoor pool and sauna and the staff were great - booked a facial with Martina and it was amazing.All of the staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly and all speak English and French.
