The staff was very helpful & polite. The rooms were clean.

Too expensive for services offered, small variety at bouffet, Water slide & sea park was not included & had to pay additional for using. Pool was closing at 6.30 pm that is considered too early.

Great family getaway! Fun activities for the kids all day and even at night. The room was better than expected - modern, clean and spacious. The adjacent water park was great for the whole family. Food and drinks available throughout the day and night - the kids loved all the snacks by the pool!

The food wasn’t incredible, but it was still good for the price paid and the kids loved it all anyway.

The food, there wasent any inrentaiment suitable for kids, the pool opening hours, the all inclusive wasnt all inclusive at all. Not very clean...

Many occupied sunbeds by people who were not guests of the hotel, but were friends of some employees (One of them was so aggressive if somebody would be close to his occupied 8 sunbeds. He was even welcoming some other friends of him who were not hotel guests too, as he was the host. Once He tried to attack Us pretending We were at his private property. Obviously He was some important guy for some staff people.)

Beautiful hotel, neat and modernistic decor.Very clean, daily towel change, and room cleaning service.The all-inclusive food, and drinks has a wide selection.The beach is clean and tidy, there are always sunbeds available.The staff, especially at the pool bar, are always helpful and smiling.I would definitely visit this hotel again!

Maybe the staff in the restaurant, some of them were disinterested and rude, but that doesn't change my opinion of all the other good things offered at the hotel.

Food was great and the activities they did with everyone like volleyball, casino night, game night and karaoke...

The extra you have to pay for the activity's like the Waterpark, jetski (costs so much), spa...

The pool was very crowded and the facilities are not accessible for older individuals, as there were no ramps. The restaurant where they serve fish had terrible service and the food was not fresh or tasty.

pool area and beach was great, breakfast was very tasty , personnel was very polite and all areas were very clean. the room overall was was good, apart from the bed.

Woow, i will start form All incolusive hotel - the level is very low. We travel for the last 10 year`s every year at least one time to AI hotel in Greece we never been in such a low level place!The food was bad - we eat everthings and still didnt have what to eat... even the burger in the pool look`s poor... The salad in the pool was so small with frozen veghteble... The only comfort was in the pizza and the french fries.The vareaty of food was bad, nothing for kids at dinner. The quality of food was bad, even the salad looks poor.This is not hotel for families for sure - no entertainment team, even at the nigth you dont have anythings to do... ** If you are a franch speaker you will have entertainment at night and for your children.We orderd 2 room since we are coupel with 2 childern - from some reason, even after i sent several messages in order to get 2 rooms with connting door, we got 2 sepeareted room, i dont know in which kind of wolrd they are living but in normal world kids dont have a room for tham selvef without adoults. After we was very angry they found a solution for us for the next 6 night we comed for 7 nigth (the first night was catastrophe after my little child locked outside the room twice). The staff was really try to help but appear to be that the hotel have just few rooms with connting door - not excatlly as you are expecting form family hotel...The pool is very small, there no water slider or ninja in the water at the hotel as you can see in the photo. There is water park near the hotel with ninja in water and you can buy ticket like everyone. They need to learn a lot to become normal AI familiy hotel.

Very nice location, breakfast with a lot of choices, amazing cocktails at the pool bar, great waterpark where we had so much fun, and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

The room could be a little bit bigger

The hotel is modern and nice, clean and the stuff is very kind.

The fitness area wasn’t good equipped. There were only one ping pong table and people were waiting to play.The big pans that food was served were very old and scratched and you can see the non-stick surface was peeling badly.

Very nice hotel, very clean, pleasant reception. Rooms are cleaned every morning, towels are changed every day. The food is varied and the pool bar has great cocktails.

The common corridor smelled very bad

The cocktail bar os full , they offer different cocktails. There is place for children but it works only during the pool open time . They offer sport activities.

All events are in French but can be in English, also there are no activities for babies, children. Also during the breakfast they do not offer fruits. For 2 years baby they offer sofa without any bed protection( guard rail) hopefully there were lot of pillows . On the balcony there is no drying rack for clothes.

The staff was amazing... I want to especially thank Konstantina from the reception and the hotel manager, who went above and beyond for us with every request. For example, when we realized we had mistakenly booked a room with two levels (stairs inside the room), and we have a small baby, they made an effort despite the hotel being busy and successfully moved us to a luxurious suite that enhanced our stay. Overall, every request or question we had was met by Konstantina with a smile and charm. Thank you so much to you and the hotel management! We will definitely recommend it warmly..."

I would be happy if it were a bit cleaner, and in my opinion, more investment could be made in the food products to ensure they are fresher and of higher quality

Easy and short walk to the beach, one hour sport activity per day

The food was not tasty at all. It is enough food not to be ungry, but not something to enjoy from.The territory of the hotel is very basic and not so good maintained.

Location and staff were very good

Our partial sea vie room was a slit of the sea at the mountains on the next island: But the worst that we were looking out at the back of the other building with some kind of septic tank/waste. It smelled so bad we were unable to sit on the balcony.
