Cons -
- No,
- Unfortunately due to the time of year the room was far too hot for us to sleep in as there is no air conditioning or fan & therefore there was no airflow in the room.
- Staff were kind and professional, although the speed of service was occasionally slowed slightly by staff having to cover multiple roles in reception, bar/gelateria and restaurant.

Great breakfast buffet, comfortable rooms with air-con (essential in summer), picturesque walks in Non Valley and by lake Tovel (for which the Hotel will lend you a parking permit if you ask).

Cleanliness of the room
Service not consistent. Check in guy was very friendly while check out lady close to being rude
Smooth check in. Nice hotel with nice restaurant in vintage building. Good choice of food. Stylish bedroom with raw wood elements around bed. Tidy bathroom. Competitive price. Quiet room despite noise square outside.
Long checkout process. I was only one at the counter but because staff was busy I had to wait around 10 minutes. I do not blame staff because were busy with breakfast
Breakfast was healthy and with a selection of homemade food.
