staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel was in good location in centro if that is where you want to be. Parking was 6€ if paid at hotel, be sure to pay for this or estacionmento charges are very high.

Location was great.

Dingy and dated. Bedspreads hadn’t been laundered in a long time. Public parking for hotel was across the street. We struggled with hotel clerk communication even with Google translate as to whether parking ramp was free to guests and if so, how to exit it without paying if it was free to guests. Sigh. Parking ramp attendant was most helpful.

The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was much larger than expected, extremely clean and comfortable, and well appointed. The restaurant was wonderful and the chef's suggestions and hotel specialties were all delicious.

It was all great. Anything negative would be nit picky and is not worth mentioning.

Bed was a brick, old everything, and bathroom needs to be upgraded. Toilet lid removed because you had to manually flush the toilet (lever did not work). No blackout shades, so very bright in the early morning.

Form Lisbon Airport to Hotel Solneve need for a half hour 4 and 1/2 hour and service no good doesn't have any water and we are in the midnight 12:00 in the hotel I call ask him help to call taxi to come to Hotel they say you call taxi to come here very very bad please don't believe it and never go this hotel again,,?????????

Here are a few points for improvement:There was no electrical socket in the room, only one socket for the TV and fridge.In the bathroom, there was no hook to hang clothes.The windows did not close easily.Overall, the hotel is suitable for travelers who do not plan to stay in their rooms all day, and the price was reasonable.
