Great staff , lovely welcome, good buffet

Away from main town , too far to walk

I love this hotel! Whenever we need a place to stay in Covilha, we try to stay here. The staff is wonderful - helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The rooms are spotless and big. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is great. And the price is definitely ok!

We had to leave real early, so we missed breakfast.

The location is good, close to everything! But there is a bit of noise from the busy road in front.The staff is really nice, everyone was very helpful and happy to help whenever needed.Despite the pool being shared with external guests for classes, I found the pool and outdoor area quite pleasant.

WiFi connection was very poor! I needed to follow some online classes at specific times and it was difficult! Staff did a router reset with no improvement. Really weak and poor for such a hotel... I expected the hotel to be more attractive overall. It is quite outdated, with the exception of the brrakfast/eating lounge that seems like it was the area with a most recent uplift.My room was rather small and outaded too although it served it's purpose.

Good hotel in nice location. A bit outdated, but decent. Good breakfast, especially pancake machine. Not enough greens for salad. Nice eucalyptus smell in hamam sauna.

The swimming pool not designed well. No special and safe area for small kids. No underwater ledger on perimeter. Too deep. Water not warm enough. Too much noise because of open classes for kids and seniors swimming classes. Saunas located too far from swimming pool on another level A lot of noise because of publicly accessible gym.

Very cozy space, with live music at reception. The breakfast is really good.

The closing time of the wellness center and spa is a bit early, they could extend it until 10pm.

We went as a weekend getaway with friends to relax and enjoy the mountains and spa facilities from the hotel. The breakfast was good, I do recommend the mini donuts, which were fabulous!. We got some extra services from the spa itself (a massage and a facial), and the team was super professional and friendly, the pool was a bit crowded on saturday morning due to classes for kids but on sunday it was empty and nice.

The only thing that left us a bit disappointed was that the room from the pictures was bigger and better equipped than the one we got. But we also understand since the hotel was at full capacity and running events during our stay. Even with all the people around the place, it never felt crowded or overwhelming.

Everything was clean, spa was great, restaurants and breakfast was tasty

The Mountain view from the suite was a Lidl parking lot and another house. There was black mold in the room around the windows. Indoor swimming pool and spa area with lots of mold and very low temperature. Breakfast was poor and all baked good were cold. Fruits were cut the day before…

The 4 stars are not doing this place any justice. The atmosphere is cold and dark, this place seems to save on energy in a bad way.

Good location and great breakfast.

Staff and management was horrible. They made us wait 20 minutes for check in while staff at dinner. Manager said I could of sat and waited even with 80 year old parents. Terrible attitude and service for paying customers.

Room spacious and bed comfortable. Breakfast is really good.

Honestly not my favourite hotel. Location is on a very busy street. A/C did not work and the street noisy when you open the windows. The perfumed air freshener they spray in the reception and hallways and room is too strong. I think it’s just ok for a one night stop over.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and love the friendliness of staff cleanliness of room and public areas. The evening buffet in the restaurant is excellent. Breakfast is also excellent

Loved my stay, the staff is super nice, specially at the restaurant. Amazing breakfast, with high quality ingredients. Pool is ok, despite the multiple classes and being busy. Room was very good. Very good gym for hotel standards (also open to external clients, so it's usually busy)

The property was very modern

The cleanliness of the room, on the second day we had to request the room to be cleaned. The fridge inside where the water drains at the back was black.

The rooms was clean, the bed was comfortable and the view was very pretty. We loved the breakfast and the pool was nice.

We recommend to add little free snacks when ordering an aperitif!

breakfast was very nice included in the ratethere was a pool good gym and sauna but we didn't useparking was free on the street and they had extra underground parking

we initially were given a room that had mould problemsbut they offered another room that was smaller but fine for 3no other issues

Loved everything, the reception, the room, the meals, the pool, spa, the bar.Been here before, just so relaxing.Would recommend to anyone.

Nothing to not like !

Easy to access location. Exceptionally clean with silent and effective air conditioning in the 37deg temps we were in.Facilities were great and staff were super friendly and helpful.Food was good in the hotel, and at a fair price, so no need to travel up into town.Breakfast was a huge array of everything you could want.Would definitely come back here
