Santa Eufémia Covilhã Hotel

Delicious breakfast, very nice room, amazing staff. Definitely would recommend.

Since I stayed with my partner, this was not a big deal, but the lock on our bathroom door was broken.

Breakfast was great.Room was what I expected, so I was very satisfiedRoom and bath room was very clean

I was bothered by the noise coming from other rooms while guests were taking a shower or packing their bags, but I believe it is not something easy to solve.

1. Warm and Professional ServiceThe staff were genuinely kind and professional throughout my stay - always ready to help with a smile.2. Clean and ComfortableMy room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable.3. Great AmenitiesI really appreciated the quality of the breakfast and the small gym, both added a lot to my overall experience.4. Relaxing AtmosphereThe whole place has a peaceful and welcoming feel.5. Would Happily ReturnEverything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. I’d gladly stay here again.

The internet connection could be better.

When the next door having shower or running water, we could hear everything. It is not pleasant when it happens at 1am or 2am two nights in a row. Apart from that, all are good.

Location

Bed was very small I could hardly sleep two nights I booked and requested another room. Hotel was full they didn’t have any solution I slept half legs outside since bed was very small being over 183cms height

New modern, clean sharp well kept, comfy bed, nice breakfast. Helpful reception let me get checked in quite early?

Not much, breakfast was a bit disorganised as on breads and pastries one end and at far end was jams and spreads butter etc - odd

The access to the hotel was very easy. It's near the centre of the city. The parking area is huge. the staff are very friendly, available and attentive. The room was good, clean and confortable. The hotel was very clean. Good breakfast for a 3 star hotel.Good propositon price-quality

Good 3 stars hotel to stay at Covilhã

Confy beds, very clean and good location

TV is missplaced, expensive for what it offers.

Friendly staff good breakfast nice rooms cleanliness

Few staff saying that they don't no English and it's quite tuff to explain things to them in Portuguese they don't even want to look the Google what we have to show

Overall the Hotel and the staff was very Good and friendly.

The sauna was not available and the room does not have the amenities that normally you found in a Hotel.

breakfast was excellent, room was confy and cleanStaff very helpful Mr Bernardo at reception and breakfast, and Miss Ines at reception were extremely helpful, second to none.

Not being able to have a glass of wine at the bar

The hotel was clean, pleasant, cozy design and a welcoming perfume and environment. The cozy, warm lights of the rooms made us feel at home and we were grateful for all the careful details regarding the rooms and breakfast. We are looking forward coming back at Santa Eufemia!

The male receptionists seemed distant and not as friendly as the female ones who were very willing to help us with everything. Also, it would have been really helpful and nice to have some vegetables at the breakfast.

Excellent location, near restaurant and bars.Spacious room and bathroom.Excellent breakfastHelpful staff

Elements of the bathroom should be updated, although they worked

The hotel was nicely located and decorated. It is good value for money.

Although the hotel has a bar, there is no staff to attend for it. Me and my partner went to the bar one night of our stay and there was no bartender. I had to go to the front desk to ask for someone and the front desk employee himself served as the bartender.Additionally, the bar menu is very weak.Concluding, the bar is just for show.

Beautiful lobby, comfortable bed and wonderful friendly staff

value for money

breakfast room is downstairs with no natural light, breakfast is fairly good though

This is a very nice hotel. Our room was very clean, bed was comfortable, the shower is excellent. Rooms are nicely decorated. Location is good with good parking right beside. It's a 1 km walk or drive to the centre. Lidl is a couple of blocks away. Wifi was excellent. Breakfast is very good with a lot of choices and continually being refreshed.

Very good breakfast and facilities

Felt like most of the staff were always grumpy

Nice, clean and cozy!

Location is a bit far from city centre.

The staff is quite friendly, the breakfast is great and the room is comfortable.
