Sport Hotel Gym + SPA

We loved our stay at this hotel!The staff was very helpful and always very nice, specially Sofia who did our check in and saw us everyday at breakfast!The breakfast was good, although it could have more variety. The rooms are spacious and very confortable, and we had a balcony with a beautiful view over Covilhã!

Only downside is that for a Spa hotel, the Spa was a bit sad.No indoor pool, only a small hammam that smelled like mold (would recommend using some essential oils) and a small sauna, but at least the sauna was hot enough!

Perfect location for my stay in Covilha. The staff were as welcoming as always (I've stayed here several times before) and the room was exactly what I needed. Breakfast was good and the view from the breakfast room is spectacular.

EV charger for 4 hours at the hotel. The breakfast was very nice!

The staff wanted me to move the car away from the charger after just 2 hours. I still charged for 4 hours anyway

Incredible view, friendly staff and people. The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast food was amazing too. We loved the gym too.

A bit too warm in the room need to turn on AC during the night. A bit noisy at breakfast. The shower should be closed instead of open for a more romantic experience. Elevators sometimes take a while due to high demand.

The walls are very thin and even small sounds from the hall and adjoining rooms seem loud.

Simple to get to and the fact that it had parking. The staff was nice. The breakfast was ok but not exceptional as advertised.

They advertise it as “spa” but it is not. I stayed for 3 nights (4 days) and there were no therapeutics to do the massage treatments they advertise. Also it was a bit noisy. The first day the cleaner left cleaning stuff in the room.

It is open 24/7 and very comfortable for any time checking. Bad are very comfortable and very clean room. Internet is very fast and breakfast is very delicious. For price it is great choice.

There was no iron in the hotel which I thought was strange. Shame to turn up for work with crinkled clothes straight from the suitcase.

Superb hotel,friendly staff,best breakfast anywhere,facilities to make your own hot drinks and meals.I used the gym to do my physiotherapy exercises and the sauna (or Turkish bath) to refresh myself,all included in the price.In summer you can use the pool at their sister hotel also no charge.Good wifi.Secure motorbike parking in view of the reception desk,it feels like a very safe town.Perfect location to explore the lovely mountain roads.All in all the best hotel for price and facilites on my trip,its my secound time staying here.

Being in Covinhã was a must at this nice hotel. Good perfectly clean room, with an excelent and big bed. Services and staff were very nice. The hotel offers an excelent gym (didn't have the time to try it out), hance the name.

Parking is a big problem if you are going to Covinhã in a holiday or when the city hosts events. The better option is up in the hill, in a big public parking. The hotel has an access at the 7th floor to this parking. Besides that, only a small also public parking to the side of the hotel, which is shared with the vicinity.

Difficult to find due to ridiculous signage on hotel exterior.Would be advantageous for bikers if there were somewhere to chain your motorcycle in the motorcycle parking outside the reception, however reception are there 24hrs and do seem to keep an eye on the bikes.

I always want to maintain a healthy routine while away from home, and being able to hit a well equipped gym / spa while in accommodation via a short walk, and then retire to a comfy bed, and enjoy an amazing view of Covilha from my balcony was fantastic.
