Need more choices in the restaurant and breakfast

Very nice location in the Serra da Estrela range. Great breakfast.

Usage of the indoor pool requires caps. The hotel sells them at 5 euros each which I thought was a bit steep.

No proper place to hang towels. no place to locate suitcases or handbags. air conditioning not functioning well, when contacted front office they just gave general instrucr a modern hotelcoffee machine not even served an expresso.

Liked almost everything to do with the hotel.The staff was very courteous and helpful. The facility was clean and spacious. The view was fantastic, and we even had a beautiful sunrise. The food was great, especially the breakfast. Parking and check in were very easy also. We would recommend this hotel highly and stay again if in the area.

Pool water was a little chilly.

Beautiful peaceful location. The pool and sauna were very nice, breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful.

No A/C combined with thick bed covers made it hard to get comfortable in on hot nights.

Great views nice rooms - old historic building , very clean and room for bicycles. Sauna and pool were good .

Breakfast was very good!The pool and SPA was excellent for adults and kids.Also liked the kids and play room.Roomservice works very well also!

We are a family of 5 people (2 adults + 3 kids) and the rooms are just abble to accommodate 4 people maximum. So we our older son has to be in our friends room (family of 3 people) otherwise we will need to rent another bedrom and be separeted. They should have a room for big families can be all together.

It's the greatest hotel ever. I loved to stay here very much. Wonderful view, located in the beautiful nature reserve. Big and clean room and heat under the floor in the bathroom. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bonus was the snow. Great experience :) To travelers who travel by public transportation - it's possible. there is a chatel that drives from Coviliha to the hotel and arrives at the top of Torre to enjoy the ski and snow view.

A little bit more variety for breakfast would have been nice, also the indoor swimming pool's water could be a little bit warmer.

Friendly stuff, closed garden, pet friendly. Bath tub, nice amenities. Sauna. Warm rooms and great wire.

Mattress a bit hard for my liking. Steam room was out of order. Toilet paper too thin.

Staff needs a bit more training. The lady who was at the desk on Sunday was a bit rude and not very professional. Suite for three was really small and expensive for the size and facilities. It must be more cheap. You barely can walk inside the room with the extra bed

This property is beautiful. The grounds are lovely and the inside of the hotel is luxurious and well maintained. You can’t beat the view!

It is on the side of the mountain and not close to anything without driving. This could be tricky at night at there are no lights on the very windy road.

The views from the hotel are fabulous. From the friendly welcoming check in (thank you Beatriz) to checking out, the hotel was absolutely great. Clean and comfortable room as were all the public areas. The hotel has been beautifully restored. The grounds were very nice kept. Plenty of parking space. Thoroughly recommended.

The setting is fantastic with great views and lovely grounds. The bedrooms are very spacious and the staff very welcoming and helpful.

There was loud music playing until the early hours which made it difficult to sleep and the food from the restaurant was not what you would expect from a hotel of this standing
