Everything was very beautiful, tidy and the atmosphere was amazing.

The mattress was too soft with holes, difficult to find a position to sleep and the AC was on all night.

The staff was kind and attentive. Beautiful location. The property, while not being new, is cared for. Many EV charging points available. Good selection of wellness treatments for reasonable prices.

The water wasn't warm enough. Being outdoors was quickly uncomfortable, but even inside it was effectively cold in some places. Unacceptable.

Lovely room with the amenities we expect to find in a hotel of this level (hairdryer, makeup mirror, A/C, fridge/minibar, etc). Very tastefully decorated hotel, excellent facilities, attentive staff.

Shoddy surroundings. Building needs a coat of paint. The gardens need urgent attention as they seem to have been neglected. Aquadome needs a monitor around the clock to remind parents that they are not at a theme park. There were kids jumping in and out of the swimming pools, shouting, entering adult only areas and generally disrespecting the premise of the facility, which we thought was based on wellness and relaxation. I left more stressed than I arrived.

The pool area is great! And the food is very good with amazing local products.

It's a bit far away, but in part is what makes the Hotel so good.

The facilities, amazing spa and dinner area. Food buffet is very good and lots of choice and variety between days. Kids were busy in the children club which is close to the restaurant area while adults could enjoy dinner.

Price for a family with small children in 1 room is very high. The children slept together in a sofa bed and they charge for both children as adults.

Lack of kids friendly things.. no playground, not a single fun slide for the kids in the pool.Noisy music up to midnight.Poor breakfast.

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel, especially enjoying the thermal pool – it was amazing! What stood out to us was the exceptional service, both by the pool and at the bar. The staff was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.We also had a toast for dinner one evening, and it was delicious! The price was very reasonable for such great quality. Overall, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for relaxation and great service.

The natural setting is beautiful and the pool (inside-outside) and spa complex are nice.

Service is lacking quality, especially for such a high-priced stay. Staff needs either better recruitment, better training, or both.The reception service was definitely not up to standard.The hotel did not have a room where to store our luggage while we waited for the room to be ready; it had to be left in a public place just to the left of the reception. The receptionist didn't even offer to handle my wife´s bag - "Just put it there".We asked for a twin bedroom; they sent us to a double. The issue was corrected, but not without us having to wait 20 min.We arrived for breakfast 15 minutes before closing; one of the employees made a point of looking into her watch.It's December, with cold nights, but we had to sleep with an open window given the extreme heating of the room.The room corridor where we stayed was extremely hot and humid (perhaps being immediately over the spa complex?).Finally, the hotel erroneously tried to charges us two diners, which we didn't have.

It is always a pleasure coming up to H2otel. The staff are welcoming and it feels like you are part of the family for a while. They always do their best to accommodate. I always leave another date reserved for a weekend trip.

There are always improvements to be made in any commercial establishment - but I can't recall anything that annoyed me or stood out as an issue.

I think the bar service and menu needs to be wide in variety. The staff was excellent, but the menu limited.

Everything about this hotel is top notch!!! Excellent service, lovely, polite yet very professional staffs. We simply felt at home. It's hone away from home!!! We felt so safe and relaxed. So much entertaining. There was something for everyone especially the children. You wake up to a beautiful view everyday. Would go there any day any time. You won't regret it!!!It's home away from home!!!Thank you for your excellent services!! Lovely food, very, very organised as well Miguel, Gertrude, and family.

Nothing to fault this hotel on!!They were simply the best!!!

Breakfast was excellent after a good nights sleep.

For the tariff I expected far more but found loose gravel on the car park providing difficulty setting down a touring motorcycle. Poor lighting inside all of hotel which was a challenge for my visually impaired wife. The indoor/outdoor pool is not natural thermals but heated chlorinated water using solar panels and gas. Was charged for a cap and once outside people were smoking around the outside pool. We returned to our room after 10 minutes in spa area!During a 3 week tour of Spain/Portugal, I am sad to comment that this was the only hotel where we felt duped. Finally, stood on plug hole in shower therefore turned overflow to drain bath which came off in my hand! DIY on holiday.

The fact that we booked for one night so we could use the spa only to find that, not only you cannot checkin your room until after 3pm, which we understood, you cannot use the spa either unless you pay extra. Be better not to stay there at 220 € and book the spa separately 16 € or 24 € for the whole day and stay somewhere else.

Good location and amazing mountain view! The main pool located in a glass cover space which has a lot of lights and beautiful nature view. The water in the pool is warm and comfort.

The main disadvantage for me was absent normal food between 4pm and 7pm. We didn't find any opened restaurants near the hotel and snack bar inside the hotel doesn't provide anything suitable food for baby or vegan at this period of time. So it was difficult for us just waited till 7pm.

The breakfast was so good ! So much to choose from. Everyone was nice, I got champagne bottle and cake for my birthday! Will definitely go again !
