The manager and staff provided exceptional service and super friendly. Hotel employee was a gem.

Location with lake view. Marco the manager and Sabine were extremely friendly and helpful. Strolling along the lakes edge with all the restaurants any time of day was wonderful.

Parking was hard. Hotel host will explain and give you a card. Be careful steps to the first floor rooms.

Small terrace with view of the lake, boho chic decor in the rooms, Stefania at breakfast was wonderful and it was so nice to have breakfast right next to the lake. Trattoria La Tavernetta nearby!

Bar noise from across the street in the late night (disco) and morning (coffee bar) was not great, but didn't really negatively impact our stay.

The location of this hotel was perfect! It is right across the road from the lake. We were moved to a Lakeview room as soon as one was available. It was beautiful! It is right in the midst of many lakeside restaurants and around the corner from a gas station if needed. The service was excellent! The manager Marco was very helpful, as mentioned, he changed our room to suit us. He even helped with our luggage.Sabina was also excellent! She took care of breakfast in the mornings. The breakfast was always good with scrambled eggs cooked all the wsy and the first crispy bacon we had seen in Italy,, yumm! The croissants were delicious and a good variety of juices and fruit. She was friendly and loving and always checking to see what would make our stay better. Valerio was the assistant manager, and was also very helpful. He walked us down the street to show us how to use the parking machine.

We realize that traveling in a different country, things aren't always like home and we don't expect them to be. A couple of things that might be better were the TV in the second room didnreally work, or more likely we couldn't figure it out. The TV in the first room worked fine. The AC in the second room was a bit slower than in the first room. There is no on-site parking. When you stay here you find parking across the street where you can. The hotel gives you a parking pass that brings the cost down to 50 cents per day! Amazing! If you go in high season it is difficult to find parking.

Great views on to the lake and cosy bedroom. Lovely village.

They can’t do anything about the partying in the street but people better know about it. Though I had no problem falling asleep.

The position was brilliant. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

There was no parking available so loading and unloading suitcases from our taxi was extremely difficult. The property is very rustic and rooms were in fair, but not great condition.

The room we had in reality was not a room from the Booking photos. The hotel is quite shabby and dirty - glasses, rooms, bed sheets.. Price was absolutely not complient with the service and design. Sure, not recommended!

Great hospitality

We came late because our flight was delayed, and they left us a key without instructions how to get to the room, which was 200 meters from the reception

The view of the lake, the quaint town, the staff were very helpful, breakfast was excellent

The room seemed dull and in could use some paint touch up and repair. Not well decorated or furnished

The rooms were clean and comfortable the staff were super helpful

The rooms are spread throughout the small village so my sons were staying 300 meters away

Next to a pub that closed at 2am, not good if you are sleeping above the breakfast area

Cheap toiletries in plastic wrappers. No full length mirror in room.. Safety deposit box missing. Mini bar not stocked. Scruffy breakfast environment with minimal effort - same dolci kept being put out for four days, old fruit etc wa very disappointing.

in the most lovely little town right on the lake. breakfast literally outside overlooking the lake. bedroom rustic but really comfy. bedroom overlooking lake but not in main hotel so you felt like in your own apartment.

Nice lakefront hotel in a small Italian town. Hotel staff were very friendly, and breakfast was served across the road on the lake front promenade. The hotel is only 4okm from Rome Airport.

The air conditioning was not strong enough to cool the room.

The property is very well located, just in the Main Street in front of the lake. The staff is lovely and very helpful. There are restaurants and fine bars around the street, you can reach them walking distance. Parking can be tricky but the staff provides a residence card to make it easier. Breakfast was great too.

HOTEL IS SITUATED LAKESIDE WITH BREAKFAST TABLES OVERLOOKING THE LAKE. OUR ROOM WAS SPACEIOUS, BEDS COMFORTABLE.

I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.
