Beautiful grounds, nice staff

Beds not great, breakfast was skimpy

Disappointing

There was hair in the shower, the refrigerator wasn't on, the address was incorrect.

We stayed one night before driving to the airport in the morning. Very nice apartment and helpful staff. Easy to park in front of the place. Restaurants very close, no need to drive there.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. Very well kept grounds.

We were charged EUR 20 / night, i.e. EUR 180 for having our dog with us. While the website did say that there may be extra charges for a dog, it did not say the price. EUR 180 is excessive. Price should be clearly stated on website in advance and lower.

The apartment was clean and of decent size. The whole complex is very pleasant with trees and green everywhere and the pool is also good sized. Overall it's a pleasant place for a couple of days in bracciano.

It is only accessible by car, but again you would not go to Bracciano without. Breakfast is very simple with a few sweet options (some of which looked homemade) but not a lot of choice. Coffee was good though!

You definitely need to have a car as restaurants are too far away to walk. Staff in the bar by the swimming pool were very helpful and always tried to help even English was hard to understand

I expected something more for breakfast but otherwise it was eggs, cereals, bread, some pies and tasty Italian coffee. You could use swimming pool, but needed to pay 3 euros per sunbed for 1/2 day which I found very strange.

Units were well laid out in the grounds and felt private from other guests.

Showers were either scalding hot or freezing cold, the fridge in our room didn't work, door couldn't be opened from the outside without the key so we were always worried about locking ourselves out.

THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY POOR JUST SOME CAKE, CROISSANT AND TART, ONLY ONE FLAVOUR JUICE, NO MEATS OR EGGS CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST AS ADVERTISED. ALL LEFT OUT IN THE OPEN NOT COVERED.

THE ROOMS WERE VERY SMALL ESPECIALLY THE BATHROOM NOWHERE TO PUT TOILETRIES. TOILET SO CLOSE TO SHOWER DIFFICULT TO GET IN AND OUT NO ROOM TO DRY YOURSELF. SHOWER HEAD ALL CRUSTED UP AND RUSTY.NO MINI BAR AS STATED ON SITE NOT EVEN A BOTTLE OF WATER WE HAD TO BUY SOME
