Cheap (you get what you pay for).Excellent wifi

Breakfast was awful. Bread and jam and mini croissants ONLY.I can't think where the photo of the breakfast was taken but not in that establishment!I would like Booking.com to comment please.

I liked nothing. Staff had no English. Breakfast cost 12 euros each for a cup of coffee and some bread. Flies everywhere.

Asked for a glass of white wine. Didn't have any.I could not understand this as there were vineyards all around us.

Great value for money, old and a little tired but clean and spacious with friendly staff. Excellent pool and air-conditioning. Readily accessible from Canal du Midi cycle path. Secure bike storage in A ground floor room.

Everything! The staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful. The room was bright and clean. The swimming pool, the food, the atmosphere - we'll definitely be back. We stayed on for a second night.

Nothing springs to mind - there could have been a kettle in the room but the facilities were suitable given the price of the stay. It was good value for money

Location

The property offers an economy stay and is close to the attractions of Carcassonne. The outdoor pool surprised us very and positively, it is large and nice. The car park is comfortable and large, we easily had room for a 9-seater bus.

It's a budget facility so you can't expect luxuries. The bathroom was very small, the room too. The pool was locked in the morning and the staff didn't quite know what time it would be open. When we checked out there was no one at reception so we left the keys thinking the charge had come off. The day before, the staff had not asked for payment. It turned out that the charge had not come off and we left. So it's better to wait for a staff member and ask before leaving ;-) The area is rather industrial, so it's not a place for walking.

Great location and amenities. Amazing atmosphere, very friendly staff and tasteful restaurant with different homemade meals every day.

I was using public transport to get around and despite there being a close bus stop, the bus rarely stopped there and so I had to traverse the main road to get to the hotel

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The pool looked nice and clean but it rained so we didn't get to use it although we would've wanted to. The lovely lady who welcomed us was very warm and helpful. Late check-out at noon was greatly appreciated. Good value for money.

Nicely out of the way of the city but on the edge. Excellent dinner by the excellent Chef. Delicious.

Not bad experience. Good to have a short stay. Swimming pool was closed.
