9 Queens Spa Hotel

Easy parking in front of hotel, friendly staff, room on top floor had nice view. Beds were comfy. Good shower. Amazing breakfast.

Breakfast area is small and cramped when a group decides to have breakfast all together.

It’s a short walk to town, reasonably priced with a spa, and the rooms are really nice. Better than the hotel’s photos. The front desk staff are excellent, especially the man who works late afternoon/evening.

The inside spa area could use a refresh - there are a lot of visible electric cables, but the water is very soothing. (It isn’t near the cables!)

The hotel's thermal spring spa is a great advantage. Also, the room is modern, clean and luxurious, the staff is super friendly and helpful and nice breakfast

The room was exceptional, it was like a 5-star hotel room really, the spa-facilities were really nice and I had a very relaxing time doing massage, hammam, jacuzzi etc. The breakfast had a variety of delicacies, home-made jams and lots of other goodies, stuff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was so perfect!

The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room had comfortable beds and a really good hairdryer! Bath robes were supplied by the hotel so you could just throw one on over your bathers and go down to the thermal spa area and enjoy the amazing healing waters as well as other facilities - sauna, massage therapy, spa etc. If you book straight from their website, you get the pool facility included in price, otherwise you’ll have to pay extra to use it. They were generous enough to offer it to me for free as I was a solo traveller and it wasn’t peak season, so that was a nice bonus. The view was nice from the balcony.

The hotel was not what I expected as it is very old looking and run down, most likely because of the erosion and corrosion of the thermal waters that run through everything. Maintenance definitely needs to be a priority especially for a 4 star hotel though. It feels dated and a little neglected. The next two things may not bother a lot of people but in case you’re like me, you might want to be aware of the following. I felt my room was way too warm and I could not regulate it from anywhere so I had to put the air conditioner on in the middle of winter. Also, even though it had block out curtains, the bright lights from outside seeped in from the sides which were about 20cm from the wall so I couldn’t sleep too well as I really need darkness to sleep.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. He gave us lots of recommendations about the area and took care of us during our stay.

We were able to relax at the pool and use the facilities.

Easy to find. Parking near to hotel on a street. Helpful staff. Near to center and thermal springs. Good internet connection. Two hot spring pools internal and external, few steam bath (they call hamam)

Did not like cigarettes smoke smell in corridors

Great location near to the outside mineral Pools. Also they have a private hot springs that are great. The breakfast was rich with hot and cold dishes. The hostess of the hotel is very worm and wonderful Woman.

The shower is very small.

eight times already we went to these hotel: these time the service was poor: they didn't make up the room, with the breakfast eggs were cold, pita's also coldEvery day they were fixing something in the baths....OUR SERIOUS COMPLAINT: If you book with booking.com, you have to pay 10 euro extra per person, per day for the use of the bathes. If you book by fone or email you do not have to pay these extras....these hotel is anti-booking.com

love this family run hotel- my husband and I met here and we just enjoy coming back here.the breakfast is lovely- rooms are clean but simple, views are great but the hot water is amazing:)just a lovely little - not fancy- hotel

because we booked via booking we had to pay to use the spa - previously we booked direct and this was included - however webpage is hard to book direct from overseas so it’s a trade off!
