Beautiful hotel with excellent staff! Very good food and breakfasts, spa treatments are amazing!

The water in the rooms has not been renewed. But on a call, it was quickly delivered from the bar??

Perfect location, very clean, beautiful building, good beds, good breakfast. The stuff where very nice.

the hotel dimend to put had cups in the pool and wanted extra 5 euro for each cup.The shower in the room was stupid, couldn't adjust the direction of the stream.We left the window open for few minutes and many mosquitoes entered the room.Not enough light in the room.

everything made me feel at home!

the only improvements I would suggest would be to1/fix A/C in the room2/ the access conditions to the steam room and grotta are confusing, and very clearly overpriced. we overlapped with another party. charging per person makes no sense at all and is discouraging3/there should be at last one or two clothing optional area, or dedicated to gender specific so can enjoy better

We loved the facilities, the service was perfect, breakfast was good, the spa was wonderfull, peace and quite all over.

Spa facilities , although no sauna

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel.No service offered to bring luggage to room. Pillows were uncomfortable, no mini bar, small room, breakfast was terrible, no fresh options as you would normally get in a 5 star hotel. Had to chase waiters to get the first coffee when sitting on table.

Beautiful property. Pools were large and never crowded. Good breakfast. Ate at the restaurant for dinner which was very nice,

The room was wonderful, large, and nice. The spa pools and hydrotherapy were lovely. Wonderful massage by Nikos. Only really efficient helpful employee Dimitris.

Very poorly managed. Unresponsive staff except for one or two people. A lot to be desired. Not at all on a five star level. Terrible WiFi. Poor service poolside. No one is there to help you. Really poorly run property.

We know well the hotel as we have been going for years , It is always good but there is room for improvement as the prices have gone up. The breakfast is excellent . Great staff at dining rooms and reception and cleaning ladies .

Smoking should be banned from around the outside thermal pool and confined to the pool bar behind. In crowded times, there should be a second pool supervisor so that both pools are attended . There should be continuus and not alternating pool bubbling spots. There used to be a very nice doorman at hotel entry , but not any more and he is missed .

We really enjoyed our entire stay. The breakfast was very good, with so many options. And friendly staff, in the breakfast and the front desk. We loved the pool and the location close to the outdoor thermal pools. The exercise in the pool was great. This was our 2nd stay at this amazing hotel, and i will definitely stay here again!

I have been using this hotel for several years and is one of my favourites. Fantastic thermal baths, nice location gentle staff and excellent breakfast.

It is the nicest hotel in Aidipsos area and one of the best in Greece if you are looking for one that has pools using hot spring water... The staff as always are very attentive. The cleaning service is excellent.

The fact that the pools aren't accessible after 8pm.

This experience for me as a patient with chronic spinal nerve pain was extremely therapeutic for me . The temperatures of the hydro massage pools were perfect . The atmosphere was soothing for me , relaxing and my intention there was also to take “care of myself” , relieve daily stresses and take advantage of the exceptional services at Thermae Sylla spa .

Nothing really stands out to me that I didn’t like to be honest .

The breakfast buffet is good on the whole. We didnt eat any other meals there as there are very good tavernas on the sea nearby.

Ive been to the hotel several times some years ago and things are getting a bit run down. I didnt think the room I had was 5 star quality. Things like the jets in jacuzzis didn’t all work.

The breakfast was excellent - first-class choice of freshly cooked eggs, pies and savouries. Excellent coffee and a range of healthy juices. Plus a good range of sweet cakes eg pain au raisin, cheesecake etc.The Spa facilities and service were first-rate and we also loved swimming from the decking area as well as in the central pool area.

It would have been good to have tea & coffee making facilities in the room.

Floating in the thermal pools that seemed the perfect temperature. Very good breakfast, nice room. Indoor and outdoor pools were both very enjoyable.

Hotel is a bit pricey, but worth the splurge. The town was a bit gritty, workaday, even a bit run down, but hadn’t really opened for the season yet- cold spring.

Very nice hotel, great pools, amazing breakfast. Hotel is very clean and staff, especially in breakfast area, were amazing. Spacious room and bathroom. Very nice location.

We were there in April and aircon didn't work to cool down the room. We had to open the window to cool it down. Also main restaurant wasn't open.

this was my second time here. I’ve been ti Thermae Sylla before, 14 years ago. was dreaming to come back. totally happy to do so and I hope this is not the last time. this is a paradise on earth

ac in the room is a bit too loud, nothing in the minibar, also the Wi-Fi is not perfect. all the rest is amazing. one of the best SPA I’ve ever visited
