The reservations are personal for the guest who has originally reserved and cannot be transferred to any other guests. The credit card used for the reservation must be presented upon arrival by the guest who has originally reserved, who must be one of the guests staying at the property. In case the credit card is not presented upon check-in by the guest who has originally reserved, the property will charge another credit card of the guest who has originally reserved on the spot and refund the originally provided card with the equivalent amount. If the originally reserved guest is not present no third-party payments will be accepted. Photocopies, photographs of credit cards, third-party credit cards, or electronic/virtual credit cards, are not accepted. Please note that for reservations of more than 2 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The reception operates limited hours, so please inform us of your expected arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
