The property was excellent! Rooms are unique and lovely. Also, very comfortable. Location was perfect. Communication before arrival was excellent. Breakfast was great.

This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed in the Gothic Room which is large and very quiet, although it faces a larger main street. Although it wasn't an issue for us and should not deter you, note that the bathroom is an added feature to the room, so it has a little bit less privacy than a traditional hotel bathroom. The breakfast was very good, the staff very friendly, the room was extremely clean, beautiful and well-appointed. I also want to add that Ursula is the one to ask for anything you need. She is amazing!

Little boutique hotel in an adorable town. Room was very large with amazing aesthetics, although not the most functional. Location was perfect right by the bus stop and 10 minute walk from the train station. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff is super friendly and helpful in all sorts of ways; breakfast was good; property and town are very interesting.

It was hot at night when we were there and our room faced the street, so traffic noise was a problem...no A/C

The hotel is located beside the main road of the town, where trucks, buses and cars are going not only daytime but during the night as well. It was extremely noisy. This level of hotels should have soundproof windows or any soundproof solutions especially if the location is polluted with heavy traffic. It was not relaxing stay.

Right on the Main Street with walking access to the small town centre or the main tourist attraction. rooms were unique in their own way, showcasing different historical items. breakfast spread was also decent.

bathroom for the gothic room was very open, some privacy would have been good.

What an amazing stay! My husband and I stayed at this beautiful boutique hotel for two nights and didn't want to leave. Ursula was so hospitable and welcoming, and the hotel itself was full of historical charm and beautiful details. It's perfectly located right next to Hall in Tirol's Old Town, which made for a fun evening stroll. Breakfast was delicious, our room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet, the decor was stylish, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay special. Thank you Ursula for letting us stay at your beautiful hotel!

Nothing - everything exceeded expectations!

perfect location at edge of historic town. Recently renovated/built in historic structure, every room is different and unique. Everything done very tastefully and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Nice stroll through historic town and to nearby restaurants.

Wow! This is what you must say entering the building. History speaks to you from every single corner as the property has been adapted from the 16th c. deffensive walls. Modern, spacious rooms arranged in phenomenal way, make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommended place. I would definitely come back.

Amazing building, beautiful rooms, amazing host. Minimalist and yet elegant . Super clean.There are few places that live up to the expectation when you book a hotel, this is one of the few. I highly recommend it, don’t miss it!

Everything was perfect.

Ursula was so nice to us. The first night, we stayed in the Gothic room. It was one of the nicest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in at any price. The story of the building and the owners is wonderful.

The only thing we would have changed was the weather. Hotel Kontor is simply wonderful, we cannot say enough nice things about it or the management.

Amazing location and room! Very nice host. The breakfast was on point full with regional delicacies. A place to stay longer!
