Seehotel Luitpold

It was located right across from the lake - we had a wonderful view. Breakfast was amazing, including salmon, eggs, croissants, cappuccino - a wonderful 2 day stay!

Nice and cozy rooms.

The room does not have black out on their windows. This means you wake up with the light which was not a good experience.

The view from the balcony was amazing. There is parking next to the hotel.

The room had a balcony with an amazing view of the lake. The room was relatively small with one bunk bed even though I requested two separate beds. Breakfast was reasonable.There is no elevator and we had to crawl up the stairs to the third floor.

Amazing location & view, easy check in with very friendly and nice staff, very relaxing atmosphere. Spacious & clean, The towels and sheets smell great. Great view. Breakfast buffet was nice, restaurant menu was amazing, skilful Chefs . We had amazing time ❤️

They should consider placing an elevator!

Hands down the best hotel on our three weeks in Europe!!! The staff were so friendly, the view was amazing, and the breakfast was perfect!

Hotel situation

The hotel itself was OK, but unfortunately there was a lot of garbage (e.g. empty bottles) in the corridors and it wasn't cleared up during the day what is not a good standard for a 4*. Incompetent and rude service staff

I went to Seehotel Luitpold for my birthday. The staff were so kind that they allowed an early check-in and gave us a superb room with an amazing view. The room was spacious and incredibly clean. The breakfast was also delicious with good variety. One of the best places I have ever stayed. Would definitely go again. Thank you!

As it is in front of the lake which us very nice there is the main street between the facility and the lake hence a bit noisy in the morning

Need a fan. Our room in front of hotel great for view but not good for road noise. If you leave windows open you hear traffic all night.

Location was great, we arrived on a very busy day for the town and parking was limited but the hotel accommodated our car. We had a lovely room with 2 balconies and a nice view of the lake. Breakfast setup was excellent

No AC in the room meant we needed to sleep with the balcony doors open for air flow and it was noisy as the hotel was on the main road around the lake

The room was beautiful and very clean, with a phenomenal view of the lake from inside the room as well as the balcony. The bed and linens were very comfortable. Everything in the room is high-quality. Breakfast in the restaurant had a lot of choices and everything was delicious. The free, dedicated parking for guests in front of the hotel was a huge bonus. The host/manager was very friendly and accommodating and made us feel very welcome. We really appreciated him! The balcony for room #4 (a corner suite) is huge, private, and lots of activity to see from it plus the lake view.

Other reviewers have said the traffic noise is a problem. Noise from the cars can indeed be loud with the windows open, but you can't be that close to the lake with that great of a view and not be on a street with traffic. Don't let the noise deter you from staying here-- the quality of the hotel and the view are worth it. Just bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. And, with the windows closed, it is very silent.

I ordered twin beds but at the end we got a double bed. A little bit too expensive for one night.
