Modern hotel with contemporary interior design. Large bedroom with large bathroom - all finished very nicely.

Super friendly staff, I made an honest mistake by booking the room for wrong day but the receptionist found a solution for us. It was a great stay, the breakfast was delicious.

Sauna does not belong to the hotel so you need to pay extra for using it. The windows could be cleaned to have a better view.

Clean new modern. Exceptionally comfortable room with black out curtains. Motion activated lighting in the bathroom automatically turns on a night light when you're near the door. Quiet and comfortable. Great air conditioning. Superb breakfast has many choices including make it yourself waffles with 5 different flavors of jams.

Very well equipped and designed rooms / hotel. A lot of thought went into the room concept.

The breakfast was great, there was always plenty to choose from. We also really enjoyed the dinner buffet and the whole look of the hotel, it’s truly beautiful and very modern. The location was great to explore both Vesteralen and Lofoten. The staff were very polite and helpful. We liked the view from our room and the beds were very comfortable.

We were often unable to lock the door when leaving the room. After some time we discovered that we have to lock the room from the inside, then step outside and lock it from the outside. There were multiple bird feces on our (only) window. Since it was impossible to completely open the window I guess it was hard to clean, but it did spoil the view nontheless.We loved the bar and the restaurant, but there were not many options for us to choose from at dinner, as we don’t eat fish. That was a problem because there are not many restaurants nearby. Although the food that we did order at dinner was always very tasty.The rooms are only cleaned when requested one day prior. That goes for changing toilet paper, taking out trash and cleaning the glasses and mugs. I understand that it is not necessary to do the housekeeping every day, but the things I mentioned earlier should be done without a request at least twice a week.

Beautiful building, great breakfast, decent location. Rooms are super modern and give an upscale vibe. The hotel also put balloons and a genuine message to make us feel special. Very nice touch.

The room couldn’t be used fully (second level ladder not working), we did not get a room with a Sea View (except via a side window) and the receptions felt a bit oddly placed and could have looked nicer.

Fantastic value for a great hotel. The biggest surprise was that the advertised parking was free and did actually exist. It is next to the hotel building and is only metres from the front door. This is so rare on Booking.com properties, which almost in all cases advertise parking but it actually turns out to be hundreds of metres away or requires additional payment.Congratulations ? It is quite central, still quite, next to the hotel is a very nice and friendly pub where you can sit in the northern sun

Be prepared that not all rooms have a nice view, and the ones with a nice view are very expensive.Super modern architecture, unfortunately toMuch artificial flowers (plastic) as decoration.

Black hair in the bed. A lot of lint/dust from the carpet on the floor. Disappointing with very chewy sirloin in the restaurant.

The building, the rooms, the location and most of the staff were superb.

We were encouraged to book to have dinner one night and we asked if being vegan would be OK. We were assured it would and there are not so many other places to eat out in Stockmarknes. It turned out that most of the menu was not vegan or adaptable either. A lot of this without this et. This was not dealt with so well by our server. We had to leave and try our luck elsewhere. We tried to book to use the floating sauna, it proved impossible as we are from the UK (no country option in the menu at the paying stage!) In the end the receptionist had to pay and we had to get cash for her.

Beautiful design and top quality furnishings and fittings throughout. Staff were unfussy, but exceptionally friendly, approachable and helpful.Great room, great food and great shower and bed/sleep

Construction of airconditioning. It flows right on your bad. I haven’t understand how to lock rooms door. You do many attempts, finally one is successful, but no logic why.Would be nice to have a fridge in the room
