The property was beautiful beyond our expectations. The staff was amazing, especially Susanna at the front desk. Susanna and her staff helped us with some amazing excursions. She recommended some of the most unique places to visit that we would have never found on our own. The sparkling wine in our room for 45th wedding anniversary was so appreciated. The restaurant staffs attention to detail is top-notch. My husband & I highly recommend this hotel.

We were in Italy for a few weeks this summer and this was the BEST hotel. It is charming, local, and beautiful. We absolutely loved our room and the views were gorgeous.

The gym is tiny and smells moldy. Probably a run outside is a better option.

Adorable and stylish hotel. Very comfortable room with comfortable beds, and very good air conditioning. We loved the balcony with the sea view and could have sat there for hours. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful.

A little pricey but you get what you pay for!

We had a fantastic view overlooking beach and pool. Even though it was on the "ground floor", the property drops down in the rear providing an elevated view.

We arrived early due to a morning Ryanair flight, and the staff immediately took care of our luggage, parked our car (free parking, which is rare!), and showed us to the lunch area while preparing our room ahead of schedule. This was thanks to the hotel’s professional communication before our stay. They prioritized our room’s cleaning based on our flight details, which we deeply appreciated after a long travel day.The hotel itself is stunning, with a breathtaking ocean view and a sandy beach, unlike many nearby beaches that are rocky. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and we were amazed that there wasn’t a trace of sand anywhere despite guests constantly coming from the beach.The beach is just a minute’s walk away, with padded lounge chairs and adjustable sunshades. While front-row chairs cost €30 each, all rows are close to the water, so we didn’t feel the need to upgrade. We loved the infinity pool and relaxation area. The hotel’s decor is tasteful and elegant, never overdone. After a few days of rest, we booked a boat tour through the hotel with Helios Turismo. We chose the larger boat departing at 8 AM (€80 per person), which included pick up/drop off lunch, drinks, and visits to three beaches over five hours. It was a fantastic experience and a highlight of our trip. We forgot to request fresh towels before our boat tour, but the front desk quickly provided them before our pickup.The dedication and high standards of every team member was evident. We would absolutely return and recommend La Bitta Hotel to anyone seeking peace of mind, modern amenities, and exceptional service.

One small confusion: we believed our reservation included daily one-hour massages, but that wasn’t the case. The wording could be clearer to avoid misunderstandings.We opted for the half board package, mainly because we didn’t feel comfortable driving at night in Arbatax due to low lighting and unfamiliar roads. At €80 per person, it included a buffet and à la carte menu that changed nightly. The food and service were excellent, though next time we might try the hotel’s main restaurant or explore local options. The half board dining room felt more like a cruise ship restaurant, while the main restaurant offers live entertainment and ocean views.

The hotel had authentic old Italian charm. That being said the rooms are a bit dated but clean and overall comfortable. Pool and beach areas are beautiful. Quiet area.

Poor service at the pool. The restaurant has a nice view of the sea but that’s about all. Not a great meal. Breakfast is ok. They also seem to want to charge you for everything they can - even costs 10 euro to bring a bucket of ice to your room and they don’t provide any water. It would be very simple for this hotel to improve small services like this and really elevate the experience. Town itself is also lacking.

The setting is beautiful. Sandy beach, clear water. Very nice buffet breakfast and dinner menu in the restaurant that looks out onto the bay.

I would recommend a sea view room, our view was mostly of the parking lot.

Great location facilities, nice restaurant but the staff and views are what makes this place amazing.

The chairs at the beach were close to each other and the other guests smoking on the beach was too much as the area is protected by the wind so the smoke was like being stuck in a room.

The hotel is very well situated almost exactly half way between Olbia in the North and Cagliary in the South. It has its own private sandy beach which is well policed and the sea is approximately 25 metres from the restaurant so the views at breakfast are amazing. Within half an hour's walk there is a horseshoe shaped sandy beach which must be 2 miles long and when we were there at the end of April there were no more than 20 on it. The pool area is also very clean and tidy with an infinity pool and a spa area as well. Definitely an advantage to hire a car as there is plenty to see in the area but you have to negotiate a lot of hair pin bends for the best views. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance of the hotel. The staff at this hotel are very good and can't do enough to help. Parking is free straight outside the front door. Breakfast is fantastic.

They went to the trouble of installing bidet toilets in every room. Unfortunately ours didn't work and couldn't be fixed. We ate twice in the hotel and although the food was good, it was a bit over-priced and it could have been a lot hotter on both occasions. Apart from that minor niggle it can't be faulted.

Susannah in Reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of recommendations on where to eat, visit, what to try, and general Sardinian culture. The hotel was peaceful and right on the beach. Lovely breakfast with stunning view overlooking the beach.

The jacuzzi wasn't heated (very minor)

During a cold late October evening, a hot massage bath in front of the sea was an amazingly great experience. The views are great. Also, they made sure the birthday morning was fantastic.

Balcony was too small to sit on it, garden view wasn’t really there, big pool wasn’t heated, shower couldn’t be closed properly so water was running into the bathroom, false firealarm twice and no sorry from reception

So close to the beach, great service in the restaurant, great facilities. Lovely pool. Relaxed vibe
