The room and bed were comfortable and quiet. Most of the staff are very friendly.

As a 4-star hotel, a coffee machine and water cooker are missing in the room. In addition, we should pay for small bottles of water. The swimming pool was small. Lady at the reception was not customer oriented.

It’s clean, air condition works good. Nice atmosphere in the hotel and in the rooms. One day was total electricity blackout in the city for a few hours (this did not affect the hotel, as it has its own generator for such cases, which maintained the operation of the air conditioners and the availability of electricity).

Due to the very old electricity system in the city, there are most likely problems with electricity in the city, and therefore the hotel administration prohibits leaving keys in the rooms to recharge your gadgets, as you know, sockets do not work without key and requires them to be left at the reception to charge the batteries.

Clean and very nice staff. Good breakfast.

The spa was brand new and wonderful but….It was to be paid separately (I didn’t find this info on Booking announcement) and then you had a limited time I wasn’t expecting it for an hotel of this level

The property was well maintained and had easy access to the city within walking distance.

The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable for the us and the pillows were thin, hard and did not provide a relief from the hardness of the mattress.

Exceptional location, good quality food at the restaurant, I would just upgrade the breakfast on coffee and fruit quality

The interior of the facility were very nice and well decorated. Spa was an extra but unfortunately we did not have time to try it

Have request glass to drink water and was not provided. Arbatax is not worth to visit. Hotel is too expensive to what provides.

After four visits to this hotel, it just improves! The swimming pool was looking very tired last year but we arrived to find it had been redone - fabulous

Nothing, apart from there is nowhere to dry anything ! Whilst I accept it’s more of a boutique hotel and no one wants to see other people’s clothes hanging over balcony rails, the hotel should provide a small collapsible clothes horse in the bedrooms.

Old style, well-kept hotel, good-sized bedroom, comfy bed, new & white clean towels, smart TV with (log into your own account) Netflix, very decent breakfast. Good location, all-you-need nearby, from walking distance.

Although I was a guest of the hotel, I was reprimanded by having my own bottle of water on one of the tables in front of the hotel, since there is a bar in the pool area and I was not 'allowed' to eat or drink anything that was not bought from that bar. The music from the restaurant downstairs was a bit too loud.

Weak wifi, 50€ charge for loosing towel, room fridge with only two small bottles of water (2€ each!). Swimming pool closes relatively quickly (around 7-8 p.m.)

They make you sign a paper to take a towel and they charge you for the beach towel £5 each time . Witch is ridiculous

We felt like we didn´t belong there because we werent Italian. Staff obviously treated Italians better than us.

The hotel restaurant only provided the menu via a QR code - there was no alternative. When we asked why we couldn’t have a physical menu we were told it was because the menu changes regularly. The fish of the day was relayed verbally though. For a 4* hotel we felt this was poor customer service; the menu on our phones was 20 pages long - and that didn’t include the wine list! We actually ended up ordering the wrong wine because the pdf kept jumping! Trying to order several things was a nightmare. The other restaurants in Sardinia managed to provide physical menus and they also changed their menus depending on the fish that had been caught. Covid was also given as a reason why they stopped using “proper” menus - come on!!We only ate in the restaurant once, not because the food wasn’t good (it was lovely) but because we couldn’t bare to go through the phone menu again. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been nice too.

When we arrived I was blown away by how clean it was, outside and in! Bedroom was absolutely gorgeous with super comfortable bed and beautiful bed linen.

It s not a 4 stars hotel, maybe it was în 1900. Everything is old. The staff and management are also stuck back in time. They insisted to make a copy of my credit card. I insisted to make a preautorization for a deposit, to give them cash money for deposit until we live but they refused. It is not normal to make copy of the card, this are personal. Ask for depozit. For the towels from the pool they put me to sign on a small hand writted paper by the lady from the reception that în case I don't give them back I have to pay. We are în 2023, you could give us at check in a card for towels. This is not a hotel for a vacation.

The swimming pool with the bar is just exceptional including very kind barmen

The personnel at the reception desk rude and without any help. They refuse to make lunch pack requested at 5pm for the day after, they refuse registration 20 min before official timing, they didn’t bring shampoo after request…

Very hard mattresses ?

Staff behind desk were not very helpful. Asked for card as deposit would not take Amex card yet I payed for the hotel on this and it also showed they took Amex on there door as you enter the hotel.Bathroom was small. And no coffee or tea making facilities
