Relaxed, easy, good value hotel at a good point in Sardegna. The beach that’s close is lovely and there are good restaurants around

The rooms are not new and the balconies are not private, you are exposed to next room’s balcony.

Hotel is superb clean and smell nice, breakfast was amazing with the pastry is so delicious, Pietro helps us and gave information that we need, great guy.Overall was really nice and in de neighborhood there are enough restaurants, gelateria and beach of walking distance, we were very happy and for sure going to come back next time.

Everything was amazing. The staff, the location, the room was nice and bright. Approximately 300m from the beach. Breakfast choice was great. Will Definitely be staying again ?

Nice and very supportive staff, Breakfast was very good for three star hotel. Clean rooms. 4 minutes walk to public beach. 5 minutes drive to the harbor where boats tours start. Pharmacy , small supermarket and couple of restaurants with reasonable prices were nearby

Very attentive and polite staff that will try to help you with any request or issue you might have.Rooms are very well equipped with everything you will need and they are spooky clean. One of the best beds we have slept in a hotel. Breakfast is amazing, a huge variety with great quality of products.

Location and staff plus cleaning

Nothing was problem

A small cozy hotel run by a family. Modern and clean, close to the beach. Excellent location to discover gorgeous sea coast of Sardinia.

It was very clean, felt homely, staff were very helpful, it was in a quiet location close to the beach.

No laundry service as we had been travelling a long time.

Everything was perfect! The staff, the breakfast, the hotel and the restaurant close by. The receptionist Valerie was so kind and helpful. Answered all of our questions and came with recommendations. We recommend the restaurant close by called La Baila. Only walking distance. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy both the hotel and the area.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Staff were super friendly. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great and the safe hotel parking was a plus. Cute balcony and drying rack for swimsuits. The location in Arbatax was great, 3 minutes walk to the beach, and a perfect spot to access nearby sites via car, such as Cala Goloritze, Baunei, and the Cala Gonone area.

The only issue to note is that the WiFi was very weak/only available around the reception area.

Parking

We have to leave our keys “ every “ time you out of the property which is an inconvenience because we are a runner and beachgoers so 5 times back and forth to the front desk no so good

Staff were very helpful and rooms nice size with balcony. Quiet area with some restaurants nearby. Parking handy. Excellent breakfast.

Room very warm at night but they don't put air conditioning on yet. Luckily we had a fan.

Stayed at the HVM off season. Room was very nice and bright. Very much enjoyed the breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Would stay there again.

The room was clean. The staff was kind and welcoming. The breakfast was quite good with lots of options including fresh pastries, fruits, cheese, and cakes. They also provided discount coupons for some local restaurants.

The sound isolation in the room was not quite good. The sound of the elevator was disturbing. Also, the hotel actually has a parking place next to it, but there was another hotel name at the entrance which makes you think that it does not belong to this hotel. It is confusing.
