Arbatax Park Resort - Telis by Falkensteiner

I liked the beach. and the nature within and around the hotel.

Several safety incidents, most notably when my autistic daughter fell through an unsecured duct near the pool (1.5m away from a lifeguard).

Staff were rude, each time we wanted to access one of the amenities we were told that they were closed and we could not use it. The website states that the park has a running trail but the staff had no idea where this was located. Check in took about an hour and we had to wait about 45 minutes to check out. Food was sub-par. Overall experience was poor.

i love the nature and how the sea was calm and just all the flowers were so beautiful, a lot of swimming pools .

it seems like they dont have people to maintain the place, a lot of leaves everywhere the chairs were not comfortable the food was not good . the room was outdated , but it was clean and they changed towels the pools towels were so old . the air conditioning worked reallyneell . i really wish they took better care because the nature around the hotel is beautiful. the place its huge and you need a bus to go everywhere.

The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet is good , I like all the foods. The WiFi is strong around in the Pool, bar and lobby but they don’t have WiFi connection on the room which is okey for me and for my kids then they can sleep enough. The Hotel own another beach Lodi di orri with Restaurant. it’s beautiful beach so clean and white sand. You can ask on the reception lobby.

We had stay in Telis area and the room and bed is Okey connect to other room for my two kids and the cleaning staffs do the beds arrangements and put new towels everyday but I notice the staffs they didn’t clean o not sweeping the floor because I still saw my hairs on the floor for 3 days and also the outside terrace infront of the door room is not clean, they didn’t sweeping as well a lot of dirty not clean. I hope the manager will improve this.

This place is a dream for nature lovers! Surrounded by lush greenery and with the beach just steps away, it’s perfect for unwinding and recharging. The vibe is super relaxed, and every corner feels like a postcard. I couldn’t get enough of the stunning views and the clear Sardinian waters.

Arbatax Resort offers a fantastic escape surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking sea views. The spacious rooms are comfortable and beautifully designed, ideal for families or couples. With a variety of amenities and activities available, including pools and entertainment, there’s something for everyone. The staff is attentive and always ready to help. Highly recommended for a nature-filled holiday.

The location and hotel it’s beautiful, but a lot unfortunately the staff still need to study a lot how to work with the guest..

Tv not was working they say that they changed a operator and for 3 years they have this problem and when we ask this they look to us like,, what u don’t have tv at home u came here to see tv..” all Staff it’s really not competent for working with people… everything what we ask almost the response it’s was ,,no” so many ,,No” I never hear in others hotels ?‍♀️

A open prison!

Not able to park, long wait for bus . I felt like a prisoner in an open jail ! Most staff miserable - as over worked , long hours .

5 swimming pools 2 restaurants and beaches nearby. Very friendly staff

Complex is large so need to get the free bus around food is ok and breakfast is repeatative and quite expensive for what you get. Not many gluten free options but staff accomadated

the resort plan and the private beachesthe stuff were very supportive and friendly to get us from and to our roomthe bar snacks were affordable

- the fact that on the arrival no half board requests were approved according to the booking.com pricing.- the restaurants overpriced (small quantities)- pools require more chemical cleanings

Breakfast ok, no variation each day. Hot options were pretty poor quality.

Drain in shower didn't work, whole bathroom flooded in less than 1 min, Reported to reception twice with no fix. Wrote to them via booking.com messages. They said to report to reception, they said they would do it this time - so generous - nothing happened.

Nothing I can say that I like about this property. Everything so bad. The beds so uncomfortable my whole family has rush all over , I hope there wasn’t any bed bugs.

Very disappointed, not sure where to start on how upset I feel. The room was so not clean, the bed super uncomfortable and oh my god the air conditioning was even worse. The noise from the air conditioning was so like having a plane inside the room. Super disgusting absolutely horrible.

Beaches located in the resort were nice

The resort itself is situated in a resort park of a large number of resorts. The “onsite parking” is 15 minutes walk away up hills or you could take a shuttle which comes once every half hour. This was really difficult to manage as we wanted access to our car to leave the resort and explore. The food at the buffet was terrible and very expensive. We asked to leave after 1 day because of the parking issue and after an entire afternoon wasted we’re moved to another resort in the complex. Wifi wasn’t working much in our room at all and there was no reception in our section of the resort so if we wanted to get on the internet we had to go to the reception area for working wifi or phone reception.

There isn’t a routine shuttle service in the facility during the day so if you have a leg problem, small child, elder age in the group it becomes so difficult to walk under the sun!Shady areas on the seashore can be increased..

Staff was unfriendly, very unorganized, and disrespectful

Large and well kept property, amazing staff, great food (half board buffet), nice beach off site (Orrì)

Beaches on site not easy to access and uncomfortable, long walks from room to everything, expensive food options for lunch, uncomfortable beach and pool chairs, no window screens against bugs meaning that AC needs to be on all the time (noisy and not eco friendly), cumbersome in/out access to explore outside, non existent wifi service. Overall, for such a nice resort and price, quite a few things definitely need improvement.

The personnel were never helpful or flexible.

Amazing location, the property is massive. They were very quick to replace a broken air conditioner and 2 non-functioning refrigerators. Rooms were spotless. Nice pools and beaches everywhere, all were clean and with lifeguards. Breakfast wasn't bad and included cook to order. Everyone was friendly and no wait to check in, they give you a van from your car to the room at checkin and checkout. Drink and food prices are on par with everywhere else. Even includes a wildlife area with horses, donkeys, sheep, etc - great walking with views before it gets too hot in the morning.

Bar staff needs training on how to make martinis. Property could use a fresh paint and power washing, but overall our rooms were large, in great shape and comfortable.
