+ Dinner was great. We booked a halfboard option and every evening they provided different delicious menu for the guests+ Swimming pool was nice and beautiful. Our kid loved it so much as it has a nice slide + Location is perfect to visit lake Dobiacco, Misurina and Tre Cime (within 1 hour drive)+ The personal in dining/breakfast room were so nice and helpful (you got a dedicated table during your stay and it’s prepared/personalized for you already before you came i.e. if you need a high chair for your little kid)+ Room is spacious. It has a huge king bed and a bunk bed and bathroom with bathtub+ Bathrobes were already provided in the room. If your kids need it as well, you could ask it on the receptionist for free

+ Location might be a bit remote if you don’t have car and you need to buy something from supermarket or so, eventhough there’s a train station right besides the hotel (it’s not a problem for us though because we had car)

The hotel was on our way towards the Dolomits.The staff was very kind and helpful.

The hotel is quite old, the furniture is like in a museum, appr 30 years old and highly used.No enough electricity sockets in the room, some were dismantled and covered to not have access to it.The swimming pool is a good feature of the hotel however too small versus the number of people so very crowded, additionally the chlorine smells everywhere. There is a gym, but no windows, the temperature is around 30 Celsius and chlorine smells everywhere, disgustingly dirty, only cardio equipment.The breakfast is OK, but food is low quality.Be aware that this is a hotel popular for families with children, so very noisy all the time.Definitely not a four star hotel.

Very friendly staff and good communication. Rooms are spacious. Very nice pool area. Tasty food. Good price-value deal. Good location for trips towards dolomites and also Lienz.

The pool was extremely crowded and not very clean. The hotel interior urgently needs an overhaul, all the facilities are very dated. We would like for the breakfast to start earlyer so there is enough time to reach the ski lifts.

hotel is near 3zinnen dolomity resort and we used it as our base for skiing. Hotel personnel is very informative and always willing to help you. We really enjoy our stay in this hotel..

Hotel has just one sauna and it can be a bit of an issue if the hotel is full and it's winter time. If you want a quiet place to relax you should look elsewhere as this is a family hotel full of kids.

Old hotel but very well maintained. Comfortable room, clean. Staff is very nice and professional. Our kids enjoyed the pool. Hotel is 5 minutes from Italy and Dolomites, so the location is perfect. Nature is wonderful near the hotel as well, we rented and ride bikes along the river Drau, just perfect.

Staff from reception to restaurant were very nice, they were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is really nice for families.

Lot of families and children, was very noisy at evening. I wouldn't recommend it for those who want some peace. But everything else was nice.

The All in formula (drinks and afternoon cake), The comfy rooms, the breakfast and evening buffets. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice location near station with access to as well Austria as Italy (Pustertal) . A little way away from the crowds.

The hotel is very kid-friendly. So.....if you like an "adults only" environment....dont go.

Perfect family holiday on the slopes. Great price / quality ratio. Good opportunities for entertaining young kids at the swimming pool. Large room with large bathroom and a bathtub. Proximity to the Italian ski resort 3 zinnen / 3 cime, about 5 km, and to the Austrian one in Sillian. Both are easily accessible by car (free parking) or public transport. We have always found something we liked for breakfast and dinner, including my daughter. Last but not least, very helpful and friendly staff. They can arrange several services for you, like the skipasses.

My positive testimonial is proportionate to the amount we paid. Do not expect a four star hotel refinement. If you are looking for a real four star hotel you should increase your budget. I recommend it for families and groups. Less for couples.
