- Owners were very nice - one man carried our huge bags - thank you! Would have loved to dine there as food looked terrific and was very busy.
- Perfect hosts. Sarah was very attentive and friendly, and Karen prepared a delicious meal on my last evening there. The terrace has the most beautiful views, very relaxing.
- What can I say other than Hotel LaCasa was perfect in every way. Had wonderful views of the mountains from my room. The hotel is small and exactly what I was hoping for. Karen and Sarah treated me like a friend and made sure I was looked after so well. The location is quiet, in easy reach of restaurants and small bars. My breakfast was perfect and the dinner was out of this world. I cannot rate LaCasa highly enough. Such a pretty location and the beach only a short drive away. I have been to Spain many times but this was by far the nicest place I had ever stayed. I have to return later this year and I shall be most definately booking myself in to LaCasa.
Cons -
- Only complaint was road work in center of town, but owner told us how to get there very easily - road work was a city problem - improvement/repair...Karen got us there. So this is really not a complaint about the hotel.
- Nothing! Everthing was perfect!
- Not a dont like but be aware it is a bit of a walk slightly uphill from the parking.Oh, and my pet hate is shower curtains.

The hotel was lovely the staff were so nice and the hotel was spotless the only problem we had was that we had twin beds and it was obvious we were a couple would have preferred a double bed the room was beautiful though, it was march so it was cold in the evenings the room could have done with a bit of heat or better blankets they looked lovely but weren't great to keep you warm do think it might be an idea for people that book to send them an idea on how they get to you from airport may help with bookings and timetable on buses a must but over all a fab place and will be back but next time will ask for a double bed ? the village is soooo beautiful worth a visit .this is positive criticism ?xxx
Great location in centre of Torrox. Some good bars and restaurants around.Says it all that the restaurant was fully booked on the night we were there. But we had already eaten and there are some good bars in the main square close by.

This is amazing hotel very clean , the location was perfect near to everything but so quiet & peaceful I booked the suite for myself as it had a lounge for me to relax in. I had a private balcony which looked over the mountains which was lovely to sit out read my book and listen to the birds. Karen, neil, Sarah are such friendly hosts nothing was any trouble I felt like everyone was one happy family.i felt at home with this little gem of a hotel. I can guarantee if you book this hotel you will not be disappointed .100 % perfect
The owners Sarah, Neil and Karen were beyond amazing. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left they were kind, attentive and super friendly going above and beyond arranging taxis to ice buckets for our anniversary. Loved the terrace and enjoyed many cava's taking in the view and listening to the birds it was like an oasis but literally 1 minute walk from the hustle of the square with loads of bars and restaurants.I actually live in Malaga and i came to Torrox for the weekend for my friends Birthday who lives in the village. I can't wait to come back and maybe I might be moving from Malaga there sometime soon. Thank you again all for been incredible ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Couldn't stay ,because of stupid people
My wife wanted to attend on her own, because I was the main bookie she was not allowed to stay. Absolutely appalling, I paid for the room, therefore the room should of been ours.
La Casa is such a beautiful place to stay; walking distance from everything, wonderful terrace, Sara and her husband are really nice,…
There is nothing to not like
owners, views, cleanliness
Superb small boutique hotel, pretty room, comfy bed, best scrambled eggs ever. Lovely owners and staff.
The most amazing view from an absolutely beautiful terrace and 2 minutes to the main square, staff are super friendly Karen and her sister were the perfect hosts ??❤️
Stunning location, fabulous welcome and hospitality.Awesome views, authentic Spain off the tourist track.
The location was a typical Spanish village which we loved, away from hustle and bustle a quick recharge for a short time was lovely. The hotel was tucked into a row of sleepy little houses and apartments the odd shop and bar further along,or a stroll down hill to the square which had bars, cafes, restaurants supermarkets and fresh fruit and veg and bakery.
Nothing really, once we got used to getting to grips which side of the road the buses stopped to get into Torrox costa to explore more of the surrounding towns were we were fine.
Just returned from a week at La Casa in April.I can't speak highly enough about the owners, Sarah and Karen. They are friendly, personable and on hand when you need them without being too much! The rooms are very clean, comfortable and the views from the shared roof terrace are beautiful! We loved to grab a beer from the honesty bar and sit on the terrace before going out for the evening. So peaceful! The hotel location is perfectly situated a very short distance from the main Pueblo Plaza where you can eat, drink and watch the world go by.There's a great mix of locals and ex pats from all around this village and it feels really friendly. We got talking to numerous people, residents and other holiday makers. We wandered round the village and enjoyed the peace in places and slight buzz in others but Torrox Pueblo is a short drive from areas like Torrox Costa, Nerja or an approx hour from Malaga if more life is required. However, it's a haven to return to at the end of the day.Plenty of free car parks but we used one in particular which is just a short pleasant stroll from the hotel, Concordia. The hotel doubles as a restaurant for 3 nights (poss 4 in height of season?) and we booked in for a dinner on the last night they offer service. The food was so good and had we of tried it the first night, may well have booked in all nights to eat there. Finally and only a small point, we travel a fair bit and whilst try to spend as little time in hotels as possible, whilst we are, the TV usually restricts me to watching BBC world news on a loop.... which eventually wears thin! La Casa had several English channels including Breakfast TV which I really appreciated.Would definitely recommend and be happy to return given the opportunity.Show less
The location is perfect although a little walk from the nearest car park. The owners were delightful, helpful and knowledgeable. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Great views from the balconies. Would definitely stay here again.
Everything was perfect.
Beautiful hotel amazing food, owners so friendly, definitely stay there again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Everything
excellent breakfast , plenty of choice. the location was 5 mins walk from the square with many restraunts . pretty little alleyways
you need to research Spanish bus timetables if you have no car, its a bun fight to get on it you do not buy a ticket on line before hand
We had a lovely room opening out onto the terrace with amazing views over the hills. Karen and Sarah were great hosts, really helpful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times during our stay and the food was very tasty and the atmosphere was warm and relaxed, we would thoroughly recommend it. We hired a car from Malaga for our holiday and parked in a car park nearby. If you do the same we would recommend a small car, some of the roads are very narrow - a Fiat 500 is ideal!
The terrace was really lovely.Sara and her sister were excellent hosts. The location was perfect
There was nothing about our stay Torrox that we didn't like
