The hotel was spotless and the staff was very welcoming. . Breakfast was wonderful. Small elevator in building made for easy getting to upper floor.We will be back to stay when returning to area.

Weird thing was having to turn in keys when you left hotel for the day and if you stayed out late you had to ring bell if no one at desk

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was very good lots of options.We will return again to stay Free parking in lot but limited. I would suggest that you contact or send message to let them know you will need a spot.

The keys had to be turned in every morning and when you return you picked them up at front desk. Had to sign up for breakfast seating.

This is a friendly, family-run hotel. Staff and proprietor were helpful and made us feel welcome. The room was spacious and breakfast was good.

Basically, the price, which wasn't justified by the rather old-fashioned premises and the location (edge of town away from the beach). But we chose to go to the seaside in August . . .

Charming, traditional Portuguese hotel with lovely staff and a nice breakfast buffet. No frills but very clean and comfortable.

Great location, beautiful room with patio, super comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, so many choices! The staff were exemplary, kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

All the staff are super friendly. Breakfast 5 stars. The hotel has a “rural” style.

Very friendly staff and nice breakfast! Every request was fulfilled with smile and to our satisfaction! And we were quite demanding.. :’)

Ask for the room with windows not to the street if you prefer to have it open during the night. Not many cars in the morning, but you can possibly find their driving style a bit loud if you are not from the bigger city.

The location was great, within walking distance of everything you need to see as well as the beach. Service was excellent and breakfast was generous and good.

We liked everything about the property.

Excellent breakfast. Beautifully prepared and artistically arranged! Plenty of choice. The coffee from the machine was not brilliant. Has its own car park but can only accommodate 50% of guests when hotel is full. However, there is plenty of free parking in the street outside.

Decor and bathroom a little dated.

The staff demanded the keys to be left at the reception all the time we would leave the hotel. Their excuse was "to know if people were in the room, for cleaning" which didn't make sense because we had a "Do not Disturb" sign at the door, also, it was night time. Everytime we arrived there was nobody at the reception, so we would have to wait to get our keys back. The furniture needs to be replaced, it looks old, specially the bathroom. Staff was not that friendly.

The Hotel is very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There was a great selection at breakfast. The room was spacious with plenty of electric sockets and well appointed. The bathroom is a bit dated but adequate and clean

Great place to stay with the family. 5 minutes walk to fantastic beach. Close to other attractions. We visited from here Alcobaca monastery, Dinosaurs Park, Portugal dos Pequnitos (hope I spelled it properly). Wonderful staff, clean room! Thanks for all!

Very friendly welcome and nice room. Clean and warm. Thank you for the heater. Very helpful with information about local restaurants and sights. Breakfast was made with love and attention to all dietary needs great coffee

The whole hotel is nice but shows it’s age here and there and could do with a little bit of TLC especially in the bathroom.

The staff were very friendly. The receptionist marked points of interest and restaurants on a map, which was very helpful.Good breakfast.Good lighting in the room and plenty of electric sockets.
