The size and the quality of the beds could use some update and the walls between the rooms are very thin so the privacy is limited.

Staff were very personable. Just a nice experience staying at The Neptune.

Allocated a a double at check-in when we had ordered a twin. Quickly sorted though.

Basic room needs a good update facilities in room very poor : noise horrendous people coming and going for one night shouting and arguing and when we complained the receptionist did nothing to busy smoking outside

Fabulous holiday. Lovely, family-run hotel. We even extended our stay by 4 days ? Unbeatable location. Staff excellent. Special thanks to Alfonso. We will be back!

Absolutely amazing hotel in a prime beachfront location, quality breakfast, spotlessly clean and great staff. Would highly recommend.

Price maybe a little high

The location is fantastic with stunning beach views. The hotel has a lounge area in front which was so relaxing to site out at any time but especially at night having a nightcap. The staff made you feel very welcome and couldn’t do more to help you. I’ve seen the comments /reviews on the various websites. But in my opinion they are very much outdated. The Hotel is fresh and contemporary and decorated to a very high standard.The location is the best, many restaurants, cafes and pubs a short walking distance away.

Our room was on the small side. However once we got unpacked and settled, we soon realised that it was more than adequate for our needs. There are only 2 power sockets in the room and one in the toilet. Hair drying, stylers, iPhone and iPad charging etc. became a small problem. Again we managed to adapt to this and there were no real issues.
