Hotel Ribera

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, wonderful balcony. Right on the promenade and the beach, so an excellent location. Many restaurants nearby.

Beds were not the most comfortable, but not a major negative for us.

the view is exceptional as it is based on the seafront (Mar Menor) and i always chose the balcony seaview option. The room is big and very comfortable and clean. The staff are very helpful and will answer any queries you may have.

Nothing to dislike !

It is a quite basic hotel but inexpensive. Room 601 is a sea view room with great views over the Mar Menor. Plenty of places to eat within a 2 minute walk or less. Santiago de la Rebera is a quiet town and mainly Spanish so very relaxing away from the noisy British holiday makers.

There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but if there were no doubt the price would increase. And there are Cafes next door and a short walk away

The Hotel was perfect, clean , great view and staff couldn’t be more helpful!Sandy beach was quiet and clean, there was a ferry that went across to la Manga and plenty of restaurants options to choose from!

There was no signal for WiFi at all room was at side of building, bought our own data allowance for the 3 days and still couldn’t get signal in the hotel, wasn’t gappy as we both wasted are money because the signal was rubbish. We didn’t require WiFi outside the hotel as my friend lives there so connected to her WiFi.

Perfectly situated with wonderful views of the beaches and the Mar Menor! Surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel was also spotlessly clean.

I was surprised to find there was no food options as the restaurant has been permanently closed so we had to go out to find breakfast etc.You could buy small cans of beer from reception but there wasn't an open residents bar as such. Sometimes you don't feel like going out and a restaurant and bar within the hotel would have been ideal, although this is not a deal breaker by any means. All in all myself and my son enjoyed our stay there.

Lovely location right on the beach. Very fast check in. It is an old, basic and traditional Spanish hotel however spotlessly clean room and friendly staff.

Unfortunately ( for the hotel ) it’s a building on the beach exactly in front of the hotel taking the lovely view of the beach, so if you’re on the 1st or 2nd floor you won’t be able to enjoy the view unless you are on the balcony where you will be able to see it on left or right..

Lovely quaint traditional Spanish hotel. Very helpful pleasant staff. We asked for a high floor & got 6th floor rooms. Comfy beds, fridge & so cleanthe rooms are. The views are outstanding & right at the beach & quite location. Couldn't be a more perfect location. It was heavenly.

Going home from this hotel & area. It wasn't easy to leave as it was so perfect. Says it's a 2 star hotel but honestly it should be more****.

Friendly welcome to the hotel. 24hr reception where you can purchase any drinks you may need. Great location near the beach with many bars and restaurants within a short walk. Room clean with a fridge and decent size bathroom.
