We have stayed before so knew what to expect. The service is excellent, rooms a good size with terraces and an excellent location, handy for access to everywhere locally. The breakfast offering was good and well received as inclusive in the very reasonable price. Thank you to all who work there.

Could have had mats inside the bath as it was very slippy, but otherwise all good.

Santiago de la Ribera and Mar Menor hotel are lovely.

It is a lovely hotel, with great location, clean, nice people but this time the room had not enough natural light, but acceptable...

Complementary tea and coffee great but no milk !!

The hotel is in a good location with plenty of on-street parking and access to the main roads to visit nearby places of interest. It is also a five minute walk to the beach and shopping centre.The staff are very welcoming and helpful and the rooms kept very clean.

The hotel page states that all rooms have a balcony but there is one room which does not. It's also stated that rooms have a kettle which ours did not. One of my wife's pleasures is to have a coffee on the balcony first thing in the morning and we were unable to do either.Our bed was possibly the most uncomfortable one I've ever had in a hotel. Every movement resulted in a loud creak and we had one long pillow to share, so for a light sleeper with a bed mate who moves a lot during their sleep it can be trying.

Have stayed here many times and staff and breakfast always good.Location excellent for our needs and good value for money

The only bad point is the towels.New ones would be lovely ?

The room was comfortable and quiet, the staff were friendly and very accommodating providing special gluten free items for breakfast to accommodate my gluten allergy. Would stay here again

Room very basic, and felt insecure. We had to share room as second room booked was not available.

Booked two rooms only to be provided with one and told we would have to share and still 10 weeks later no refund or response from hotel or booking.com with regards complaint

Breakfast in a small cafe that was attached to hotel. Not much choice but always cooked fresh.

Beds could be upgraded with better pillows, very little in the way of room amenities also could be better.

The mattress was firm, the breakfast was good in a Spanish way, the balcony was useful.I found the wall heater difficult to use so the manager came from his home to provide a heater.The manager collected me from Corvera and two weeks later he collected my friend from Alicante.

Location very handy for accessing the village. The rooms were huge with a number of beds to choose from. Clean and bright rooms, TV, aircon and double glazing to help block the noise from the road.

The pillows were awful, old-fashioned long single pillows filled with off cuts of sponge. It was impossible to use, I ended up using a folded towel as a pillow, which wasn't ideal.

Lovely welcoming staff, hote was very clean with spacious rooms.

No British TV like to see a bit of news or watch something at night.
