The Spa.

Rude staff. No working wifi. Temperature control in room did not work and was not fixed.

Beds are old, not comfortable

The masseuse was outstanding and Valentina at the reception was so very nice and accommodating.

The waiter we had did not seem to be enjoying his job the night we were there.

The room was newly refurbished and large, with a lovely balcony with views on the mountains. the spa was beautiful as well, with a lot of things to do, and appreciated also the music and live events. We loved the bus that would take you to the slopes, that truly is a great comfort.

Our room was next to the breakfast room, it woke us up at 6 am when staff started working and terrible when guests started going to have breakfast from 7 am. In general staff seemed a bit confused, both at reception or in the spa. Anyhow most were kind and eventually found a way to help but always leaving us a bit perplexed.

Breakfast coffee was terrible and beds were uncomfortable

Everything was clean and comfortable, spa was a total trip- really cool, staff were friendly and helpful, Mountain Views were amazing all around the hotel - though we got poor weather and only had a couple opportunities to enjoy them!

Beautiful hotel, amazing facilities and location ?

The staff were indifferent to simple questions about hotel services and local transport advice and the answers provided were borderline patronizing

Great Hotel in the middle of dolomites. Spa is great. Cleanliness is extraordinary and breakfast as well. Parking ist behind hotel and easy to reach.

Beside friendly hotel clerk at the desk (whose name I forgot), nobody speaks english in hotel. Everything else was super.

Beautiful well located property, highlight being the large spa. Also a large Buffett breakfast.

Shower drain was blocked:( so the bathroomfloor floated over with water...

It is located in the center of town, adjacent to everything, amazing underground spa with multiple saunas to accommodate large numbers of clients. You are within walking distance of lifts!

The bed was a little hard but not unbearable. The spa times for hotel patrons were a little short.
