Pros +
- Very friendly owners and staff, perfect quality of everything, be it the room, the facilities as a whole and the meals. I had a small single room with balcony that is perfect for a sports oriented skier like me. The hotel has an own bus to the lift station in Ravaisch. I enjoyed the small sauna. Private parking is available but a little tight for people with bigger cars. The room and the hotels are quiet.

The free transport to the bus stops and gondolas and back was very useful, and the staff were always very helpful and friendly. The ski room had heated racks for boots, which was very nice. The food was great as well, with a daily dinner menu that changed over all 11 days I was there.

- There is really nothing that could be improved.
- The bathroom was very compact, but I didn't find that to be a problem since I was alone.
- The price is good. But the feeling in the place is not good. Trying to charge more money than was initially agreed. The hotel is in Switzerland but they are trying to charge in Euros. To earn more. In my opinion

Lovely staff, comfy room, great breakfast and really nice sauna.
Very nice hotel, with beautiful view on the mountains. Nice and clean room with own bathroom and a balcony. Very comfortable beds. Nice and hospitable stuff where with mix of some languages we were able to communicate :DFrom hotel you can benefit with some cheap or free buses, cable cars or swimming pool (unfortunately our stay was rainy and we couldn't check it). Also good dishes in their restaurant, if you would like to try local food.
