Cons -
- We left one night early in order to have time to explore Munich. Unfortunately, the hotel owner did not agree to refund the money for that night. Instead I got a refund for breakfast.
- The main issue we had was with the comfort of the room. The beds were very uncomfortable and need replacing. The room was so hot, even after turning the heating down, that we had the window open overnight even when it was -9 outside (then the temperature was actually comfortable in the room!). We were there for four nights, on at least two occasions the water in the bathroom wasn't hot enough for a good shower. The breakfast was OK, but some of the food, like omelettes, had obviously been cooked and left out for a couple of hours after breakfast started and so were cold and tasteless.
