Be careful of Pet friendly. They deny access when they feel they want to. Also a good bar selection,they just won't make a cocktail.

a bit strange to have coffee in the room, but only for one person and refills each day cost CHF. We thought it strange in a 4 star hotel.

exceptional and pet friendly with spa and Jim, what else you will ask for ? food is great and nothing to spoil the experience

we booked the suite which had a great view as well as breakfast table and balcony

The location of thee hotel is excellent, with ample and easy parking. All the staff were fantastic - really friendly, attentive and helpful. The food was to a very high standard and breakfast was also excellent. The spa area is well appointed and high standard.

2 lightbulbs in room not working. The pillows were not at all comfortable. The third bed in our room, a raised cabin bed, was as hard as a rock. The room was lovely and has its own glass tower, but whilst beautiful, the room leaks a huge amount of heat through the glass - so the room was quite cold during the day and evening as it appeared that the heating was on a timer, and only became warm through the night.

We booked this lovely hotel during a roadtrip, we did not plan to stay in Samnaun. Our expectations were exceeded by far.The hotel rooms are beautiful, as is the entire hotel. The staff is very friendly, helpful and seems to be local for the most part, according to their dialect.The restaurant was also very delicicous and had a good value. The waitress was great!The Steam bath, Sauna, Whirlpool and Waterbeds were perfect to relax before dinner. There was also free tea available in the sauna area.Furthermore we received a 5% Coupon for all Hangl stores and Gas Station, as well as a Guest card which includes other promotions as well.I would definitely stay here again and hope to come back soon!

The Bathroom was divided into 2 rooms, one with a toilet and no sink, and one with a shower with a sink.That was a bit inconvenient, but it didn't influence our great and relaxed stay.

The staff were exceptional. The minibus service was also exceptional. I highly recommend staying here.
