Very lovely family-owned hotel. Staff truely cares and creates a warm atmosphere. Felt right at home.

A small coffee machine in the rooms would be great value.

Lovely property ,very clean ,really nice wellness and spa.Denise and staff were very nice and attentive.

As we were a group of boys ,it would have been nice to use the lounge past 22:00 for some drinks and to play some cards etc.Nothing else to not like.

Perfect location. New and clean rooms, excellent breakfast. Especially worth mentioning is the hospitality and friendly attitude of the hotel manager. I highly recommend and will definitely come back here.

Great location, great breakfast and very nice spa. The kitchen in appartment was nice equiped.

The room is a little bit old style and not practically designed.

Very cosy location in the middle of the mountains, at the edge of the town but walking distance to all facilities. The spa was created with a wonderful view. The host was very welcoming and friendly.

The guest cards gives you access to a lot of free things around the village. The hotel is ideally placed and the people very friendly. The pool and spa area are spacious and nice (in low season).

The rooms are a bit small if you travel with a bigger luggage. In early autumn, the heating was not on, making it nearly impossible to dry the towels or be warm the day.The breakfast definitely needs an upgrade, as the things served on the second day were from the first. I understand that they were not a lot of guests, but I still expect fresh stuff.

Beautiful rooms and spa/pool facilities. Best in town location. Family driven by kind family ensures the best atmosphere. Good breakfast.

Beautifully furnished nice rooms with great views!! Kettle was appreciated Staff were friendly and gave lots of information Dog friendly and very helpful with our boy.Price versus quality ratio was really good especially when thinking about the options with the guest pass.- free gondolas and access to the pool, we would stay again and thought it was a lovely property

There was a misunderstanding regarding the use of the sauna so we ended up not being able to use it.We ended up in the pool but it was chilly.. and we didn’t stay long.breakfast was buffet..and while it covered major items- fruit looked a bit sad..It wasn’t clear to us via booking that there was a dog fee- while we were ok to pay would be good to know amount.. upfront.

Very nice spa area with four saunas , although bio was never on and steam apparently broke during our stay. Great views from the hotel.

That you had to ask that saunas be turned on after skiing each day although we said from the start we wanted to use them every day.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and comfortable large rooms with a balcony & great views.The sauna and pool areas appear to be brand new!

It is a family hotel and it is managed with a lot of love and care. The hotel stuff do their best to make their guests feel happy & satisfied. They are helpful & friendly.The breakfast is varied and with quality local food.The hotel is situated at the Center of Samnaun village.The Wellness & Spa is wonderful to relax after skiing or an outside activity.

There might be few small details that could be improved but in the overall is a great hotel.
