- The accomodation was very nice, all staff was very kindly. It is possible to go by ski right to the cable car and to return there is a shuttle servis from hotel. That's perfekt!

- We liked it. It was clean and cosy and had all the facilities you needed - including a little spa, which was a unexpected surprise. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. My husband was injured on our first day there and on one occasion when we asked the manager how we could take our children to the ski piste, he very kindly offered to drive us down to the gondola. Going above and beyond to help us. If there was one thing we took away from Samnaun (apart from the beautiful mountains) it was how kind the people were.

- The price was to high for the comfort we had. We spend the 12 hours, having a terrible sleep there because of the noise from lift, doors, steps, voices. The room is clean but very small, too small. Breakfast was ok. The staff seemed nice. But still the price is not worth. I wouldn't come back to this hotel again.

Personal Staff at the Reception were very friendly. The location is just nearby the center. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices.
No Restaurant available in the Hotel. On the Departure day, normally the Check out time is 11:00, the cleaning Staff tried to enter our room 2 TIMES! It was still 10:00 at first then at 10:30 without knocking the door.
